唐赋考释三则

《悲甘陵赋》、《愍征赋》、《鄠郊赋》是唐代已经亡佚的三篇辞赋,一度颇有影响,其中《悲甘陵赋》叙述安史之乱,《愍征赋》记载中和年间黄巢军陷长安事,二赋结合自身经历叙述社稷兴亡,是对《哀江南赋》赋史精神和悲怨传统的继承,《愍征赋》除继承《哀江南赋》的悲怨传统外,其遒逸凄艳的风格和用典艺术亦得益于后者。     

无线传感器网络LEACH路由协议的簇头多跳算法

针对无线传感器网络LEACH路由协议簇头分布不均匀、网络拓扑和能量消耗不均衡的问题,提出基于DCHS簇头选择策略的无线传感器网络LEACH路由协议的簇头多跳算法LEACH-MUL。该算法在非簇头节点中选择一个节点作为通信簇头节点,其它簇头节点进行融合后的数据发送到该簇头节点并进行数据再次融合,最后通信簇头节点将数据融合后的结果数据发送到基站BS。LEACH-MUL算法能够有效地均衡节点能耗,提高能量利用率,延长网络寿命。

基于SOA思想的业务流程通信方法研究

基于面向服务的体系结构(SOA:Service-Oriented Architecture)思想,把企业内部的各个流程抽象成组件,从而得到流程之间的关系图,再利用数学模型对流程之间传递的信息量进行计算.该方法使得企业内部的流程之间的关系更清晰,能更方便地对流程之间的关系进行管理.     

多缸汽油机充气效率和进气均匀性研究

利用所建立的进气模型,对多缸汽油机的进气特性进行了数值计算和分析,结果表明所采用的计算方法和计算程序具有较高的精度。文中还对多缸汽油机的进气不均匀性和不均匀偏差作了研究。     

Expression and proteolytic activity of calpain in lens epithelial cells of oxidative cataract

Objective: To study the role of calpain in the mechanism of oxidative cataract through detecting the level of intracellular free Ca^2 , the expression and proteolytic activity of calpain in the lens epithelial cells (LECs) of H2O2-induced cataract. Methods:Rat lenses were cultured in vitro and cataract was induced by H2O2. The level of intracellular free Ca^2 was measured by fluorescence determination with fura-2/AM. The expression of m-calpain protein in LECs was detected with immunohistochemical method. The proteolytic activity in LECs was measured using a fluorogenic synthetic substrate.Results: There were significant differences of the level of intracellular free Ca^2 (P=0.001, 0.000, 0.000), the expression of m-calpain (P=0.001, 0.000, 0.000) and the proteolytic activity ofcalpain (P=O.O01,0.000, 0.000) between H2O2-induced and control group at 6, 12 and 24 h, respectively. Conclusions: H2O2 can increase intracellular free Ca^2 , then enhance the expression and proteolytic activity of calpain which may play a role in the mechanism of oxidative cataract of rat.     

Microbial activity and community diversity in a variable charge soil as affected by cadmium exposure levels and time

Effects of cadmium （Cd） on microbial biomass, variable charge soil （Typic Aquult） using an incubation study activity and community diversity were assessed in a representative Cadmium was added as CdCNO3）2 to reach a concentration range of 0-16 mg Cd/kg soil. Soil extractable Cd generally increased with Cd loading rate, but decreased with incubation time. Soil microbial biomass was enhanced at low Cd levels （0.5-1 mg/kg）, but was inhibited consistently with increasing Cd rate. The ratio of microbial biomass C/N varied with Cd treatment levels, decreasing at low Cd rate （〈0.7 mg/kg available Cd）, but increasing progressively with Cd loading. Soil respiration was restrained at low Cd loading （〈1 mg/kg）, and enhanced at higher Cd levels. Soil microbial metabolic quotient （MMQ） was generally greater at high Cd loading （1-16 mg/kg）. However, the MMQ is also affected by other factors. Cd contamination reduces species diversity of soil microbial communities and their ability to metabolize different C substrates. Soils with higher levels of Cd contamination showed decreases in indicator phospholipids fatty acids （PLFAs） for Gram-negative bacteria and actinomycetes, while the indicator PLFAs for Gram-positive bacteria and fungi increased with increasing levels of Cd contamination.     

Bulk metallic glass rings prepared by a modified water quenching method

Bulk metallic glass rings have the potential applications as annular gasket and active solder in special fields. The bulk metallic glass ring of Zr_1.2Ti_13.8Cu_12.5Ni_10.0Be_22.5 with the outer diameter, the inner diameter, and the thickness of 38, 36, and 5 mm, respectively, was prepared by using a special shaped quartz tube water quenching method. The mechanical properties along the whole cross section were investigated by a nanoindentation method, and no evident variation of the Young's modulus and hardness was found, further indicating the single amorphous structure. Amorphous ring and tube-shape parts with different dimensions can be produced by this method.
