界面反射偏振像差分析

迄今为止的光学设计中,一般认为在同一光波面上,光束具有相同的振幅和偏振状志.事实上,光束经过许多光学元件后,偏振状态会发生变化,特别是由于入射角和光程不同,导致出射光波面上偏振分布不再均匀,形成偏振像差.本文主要就轴上物点发出的光束经过界面反射后的偏振像差进行了分析.     

维药多伞阿魏的化学成分研究

为明确维药多伞阿魏(Ferula ferulaeoides)的主要化学成分及其抗肿瘤活性,采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20 凝胶柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱法等技术进行分离纯化,运用NMR和HRMS等波谱学方法鉴定各化合物的结构,采用计算电子圆二色谱法（ECD）判定新化合物的绝对构型. 同时运用MTT法对分离得到的单体化合物在人源乳腺癌（MCF-7）细胞系上进行细胞毒活性测试. 结果从多伞阿魏的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为1- (2- hydroxyl- 4- methoxybenzoyl)- 2S*- hydroxy- 5,9,13- trimethyl- 4(E),8(E),12- tetradecatrien- 1- one ( 1 ),愈创木醇 ( 2 ),1- (2,4- dihydroxyphenyl)- 3,7,11- trimethyl- 3- vinyl- 6(E),10- dodecadiene- 1- one ( 3 ),dshamirone ( 4 ),2,3- dihydro-7- hydroxy- 2S*,3R*- dimethyl- 2- [4,8-dimethyl- 3(E),7- nonadienyl]- furo[3,2-c]coumarin ( 5 ),3- (2-hydroxyl-4-methoxybenzoyl)- 4S*,5R*- dimethyl- 5- [4,8- dimethyl- 3(E),7(E)- nonadien- 1- yl]tetrahydro- 2- furanone ( 6 ),fukanedone A ( 7 ),2,3- dihydro- 7- methoxy- 2S*,3R*- dimethyl- 2- [4- methyl- 5- (4-methyl-2-furyl)- 3(E)- pentenyl]- furo[3,2-c]coumarin ( 8 ),伞形花素 ( 9 ),2,3- dihydro- 7- methoxy- 2S*,3S*- dimethyl- 3- [4,8- dimethyl- 3(E),7- nonadienyl]- furo[3,2-c]coumarin ( 10 ),2,3- dihydro- 7- methoxy- 2S*,3R*- dimethyl- 3- [4,8-dimethyl-3(E),7-nonadienyl]- furo[3,2-c]coumarin ( 11 ),2,3- dihydro- 7- hydroxy- 2S*,3R*- dimethyl- 3- [4,8- dimethyl- 3(E),7- nonadienyl]- furo[3,2-c]coumarin ( 12 ),2,3- dihydro- 7- methoxy- 2S*,3R*- dimethyl- 2- [4,8- dimethyl- 3(E),7- nonadienyl]- furo[3,2-c]coumarin ( 13 ),2,3- dihydro- 7- methoxy- 2R*,3R*- dimethyl- 2- [4,8- dimethyl- 3(E),7- nonadienyl]- furo[3,2-c]coumarin ( 14 ),ferulaeone C ( 15 ). 其中,化合物 1 为新杂萜类化合物,化合物 9 是从该植物中首次分离得到. 化合物 3 、 4 、 5 和 15 表现出潜在的抗肿瘤活性,半数抑制浓度（IC₅₀）分别为15.11,12.98,18.01和12.87 μmol/L.      

钛粉氧化法制备TiO_2及其光催化性能研究

对纯钛粉及已氧化钛粉在空气中进行加热处理,采用氧化法制备Ti O_2,利用X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)对制得的Ti O_2进行物相分析,以罗丹明B为目标污染物,并对其进行光催化性能分析.实验结果表明,当纯钛粉加热温度不超过450℃时,XRD未检测出Ti O_2衍射峰;当加热温度达到550℃时开始出现金红石Ti O_2,且随氧化温度升高,纯钛粉氧化生成的Ti O_2逐渐增多;650℃加热后制得的Ti O_2光催化效率最高,对罗丹明B的降解率达到71.7%;XRD检测表明已氧化的钛粉以Ti_4O_7的形式存在,对其加热至450℃时开始出现金红石Ti O_2,550℃热处理后Ti_4O_7全部被氧化成金红石Ti O_2,但其光催化性能低于纯钛粉氧化制得的金红石Ti O_2.     

Background current affects the internal wave structure of the northern South China Sea

The internal wave modal equations are solved with the consideration of background currents. Analytical and numerical solutions of some specific examples, including observations in the northern South China Sea （SCS）, are obtained to investigate the effect of back- ground current on internal wave vertical structure. The effects of current shear and curvature on internal wave vertical structure are eval- uated separately. It is found that the phase speed and wave structure are modified by background currents, the current shear has little effect on wave structure, whilst the current curvature could have a strong impact on the wave structure. The extent of the effect by the current curvature on the wave structure depends on the magnitudes of current curvature, relative wave speed, and buoyancy frequency, sometimes the effect by the current curvature may even cause the wave to attenuate severely with depth. A new method to obtain the real eigenfunction with depth in the case that the waves become evanescent is also put forward. It is shown that the residual tidal current in the northern SCS is strong enough to cause the wave to attenuate severely at the uooer laver.

本文详细分析了单粒反应器技术(single pellet reactor technique)测量二元扩散孔体系扩散系数的数学模型,修正了Hashimoto和Smith等人提出的微孔有效扩散系数计算公式.对分子作可逆线性吸附的假设,用矩分析方法得到了体系大孔和微孔有效扩散系数计算的完整公式.

通过对几种常见单轴双折射晶体的偏光透射谱分析，指出，利用晶体的二向色吸收特性，可以研制成适用于中小功率红外激光的二向色型偏光器件。
