Using a newly installed system on the 25 m telescope of Urumqi Observatory, we searched for H20 maser emission towards 84 IRAS sources including young stellar objects (YSOs) and candidates for OFUIR stars. Water masers were detected in four star formation regions and one envelope of late type of stars for the first time. New water maser components were measured in two sources. In a maser source with no water maser emission detected six years ago, strong maser emission was found at different velocities, showing that there was a new explosion of water maser in this source.  相似文献

激光雷达在森林生态系统监测模拟中的应用现状与展望   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
激光雷达是一种新兴的主动遥感技术,能够在多重时空尺度上获取森林生态系统高分辨率的三维地形、植被结构参数.其对森林生态系统变化的精确、高效监测和模拟在认识这些变化如何影响陆地生态系统碳循环、全球气候变化,并促进生物多样性保护方面将发挥重要作用.本文拟对激光雷达技术的概念和发展应用简史作一介绍,通过分析其在数字地形产品生成、森林生态参数提取反演应用中的主流算法和优势,继而阐明其推广应用所面临的挑战,最后指出未来激光雷达技术在生态学应用中可能的研究热点.本文认为,构建集太空、天空、地面多源传感器于一体的数字生态系统是未来生态系统观测网络发展的必然趋势,而激光雷达技术能够在数字生态系统建设过程中搭建可靠的数据支撑体系,最终有助于决策部门调控、优化人与环境关系,实现二者和谐共存.  相似文献

Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) is a 30-amino acid peptide hormone, which has the regulatory function of stimulating the secretion of insulin to balance blood glucose levels. In this study, marker-free expression vector pX6 with a fusion gene of ten tandem repeated GLP-1 analog ([Ser8, Gln26 and Asp34]-GLP-1) genes was constructed and transformed into cucumbers by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation method. Four transgenic lines were obtained by PCR and Southern blotting analysis and two transgenic lines successfully expressed the fusion protein (named GLP-T), which was revealed by Western blotting analysis. The biological activity test results showed that the serum glucose level of diabetic rats was significantly decreased after oral administration of the fusion protein GLP-T extracted from the transgenic cucumber fruitage. These results suggest that this may provide a brand-new strategy to prevent and cure the diabetes with no pain.  相似文献

We propose a concept of universal coherent source for quantum key distribution. The weak coherent pulse (WCP) and heralded single photon source (HSPS) are the most common photon sources for state-of-art quantum key distribution (QKD). However, there exists a prominent crossover between the maximal secure distance and the secure key generating rate in short and middle distance if one applies these two sources in a practical decoy state quantum key distribution. It is shown that by combining the heralded pair coherent state (HPCS) photon source and the practical decoy state method together, one can not only strengthen the maximal secure transmission distance, but also improve key generat- ing rate at short and medium distance. Moreover, the advancement in key generating is not confined in the particular protocol utilized and can be easily checked for both BB84 and SARG protocol. Finally, we clearly demonstrate how the HPCS-based decoy method works effectively and feasibly by proposing an efficient HPCS-based "1 signal+2 decoy" state method,  相似文献

以1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-羧酸二乙酯为原料,经LiAlH4还原得到1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯-3,4-二甲醇,二醇在BaMnO4的氧化下高收率得到一种新型γ-内酯。提出了二醇氧化反应的机理,并通过IR,MS,1H-NMR和13C-NMR等波谱对合成产物的结构进行了表征,结果表明该产品为1,6-亚甲基桥[10]轮烯骨架的新型γ-内酯。  相似文献

Ignition delay times are obtained for kerosene/air mixtures behind the reflected shock waves at temperatures between 1445 and 1650 K,at a pressure of 0.11 MPa and an equivalence ratio of 1.0.A nebulization device with Laval nozzle is used to nebulize kerosene and form an aerosol phase,which evaporates and diffuses rapidly behind the incident shock waves.Mixtures auto-ignite behind the reflected shock waves.An ICCD is used to visualize the kerosene/air mixture’s ignition characteristics.The mixture’s ignition intensity increases with increase in initial temperature.Continuous and irregular flames exist below 1515 K while plane and discontinuous flames exist over 1560 K.Ignition delay times decrease with increase in initial temperature.Experimental data shows good agreement with results reported previously in the literature.A new surrogate (consisting of 10% toluene,10% ethylbenzene and 80% n-decane) is proposed for kerosene.Honnet et al.’s mechanism is used to simulate the ignition of kerosene with calculations agreeing well with the experimental data.The sensitivity of reaction H+O2 <=>OH+O,which shows the highest sensitivity to the ignition delay time,increases with an increase in temperature.The chain breaching reaction of CH3 with O2 accelerates the total reaction rate and the H-atom abstraction of n-decane controls the total reaction rate.The rate of production and instantaneous heat production indicate that two reactions,H+O2 <=>OH+O and O+H2 <=>OH+H,are the key reactions to the formation of OH radicals,as well as the main endothermic reaction.However,the reaction of R3 is the main heat release reaction during ignition.Flame structure analysis shows that initial pressure is increased slightly as CO and H2O will appear before main ignition.  相似文献

The magnetic susceptibility (χ) of surface soils on the Chinese Loess Plateau (CLP) has strong positive correlation with mean annual precipitation.It is widely accepted that ultrafine magnetite/maghemite grains produced during pedogenesis are responsible for the enhancement of χ,and loess χ on the CLP has been widely used as a proxy for the intensity of the East Asian summer monsoon.However,few works have investigated mechanisms for the enhancement of χ in the case of surface aeolian sediments in westerly-dominated inland China,north of the Tibetan Plateau.Here detailed rock magnetism and grain size studies of 49 surface samples taken across the southern Tarim Basin for different rainfall/temperature/altitude conditions are presented.The results show that samples taken from desert have the lowest χ values and that χ of loessic sand and loess samples decreases with increasing altitude.In addition,the rock magnetism studies suggest that the magnetic properties of surface soils across the southern Tarim Basin are mainly controlled by the concentration of coarse aeolian ferrimagnetic minerals.The contribution of ultrafine pedogenically produced magnetic grains to χ is very limited.  相似文献

以磷酸铝为铝源和磷源用水热合成法制备了具有CHA骨架结构的SAPO-34分子筛,采用XRD、BET、NH3-TPD和SEM等手段对分子筛进行了表征。以甲醇裂解制取低碳烯烃(MTO)为模型反应,采用固定床反应装置,对制备的分子筛进行了催化性能评价。结果表明,合成的分子筛具有SAPO-34结构,酸性较强,在MTO反应中几乎只有乙烯生成,对乙烯的选择性达到90%以上,再生性能(热稳定性)较好,与按照传统方法合成的SAPO-34分子筛相比,催化性能更好。  相似文献
