基于Mesh网的矿工心电信号无线监测系统研究

在矿难事故发生后实时监测被困矿工的生命体征,能够给营救工作提供重要的信息参考,因此设计了一款基于Mesh网的矿工心电信号无线监测系统.通过ADS1292心电检测模块对矿工的实时心电信息进行监测,然后将心电数据经过STM32F103单片机处理后通过OLED屏显示出来.同时,处理后的数据还可以通过无线组网模块发送至上位机进行显示,从而实现对井下采煤工人生命体征进行远程监测的目的.测试结果表明:该系统可以准确获取矿工心电信号波形,实测心率误差不超过4％,具有良好的应用前景和实用价值.     

制造商融资决策:银行、商业信用或区块链供应链金融

基于收益共享契约构建银行信用融资、商业信用融资和区块链供应链金融的对比模型，探讨各模式下供应链的最优决策方案，定量分析各融资模式下供应链绩效随不同参数的变化情况.研究表明，当零售商资金成本低于制造商资金成本时，商业信用融资一定优于银行信用融资;存在两个区块链供应链金融平台费率的阈值，只有当平台费率低于低阈值点时，区块链供应链金融才是同时利于制造商和零售商的最优模式.此外，收益共享比率越高，制造商收益越高，则零售商收益越低.     

基于读者满意度调查的图书馆电子阅览室信息服务质量评价与分析——以广州中医药大学第二临床医学院图书馆为例

通过对电子阅览室读者满意度的问卷调查和对调查数据的分析,对电子阅览室服务质量进行了综合评价,旨在进一步完善电子阅览室的各项工作,从而提升读者对图书馆的满意度.     

四-对羟基苯基卟啉的自组装及光电特性

利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试5,10,15,20-四-(对羟基苯基)卟啉单体和5,10,15,20-四-(对羟基苯基)卟啉自组装二聚体,并通过化学模拟得到卟啉自组装二聚体分子的最优构象.结果表明:两种卟啉化合物中氧原子的类型不同;在单体卟啉中未检测到瞬态表面光电压信号,卟啉自组装二聚体表现出较好的瞬态表面光伏特性;卟啉自组装二聚体的光限幅性质优于卟啉1单体.     

王阳明“心即理”的思想及其意义

王阳明的“心即理”思想，从本体论的角度来讲主要有两方面，即解说心与物的关系和心与理的关系，亦即“心外无物”、“心外无理”。从认识论的角度看，“心即理”的命题有着不少合理的成分；他的心学对我国近代社会的发展也有很大意义。     

GATS框架下我国劳务输出体制的完善

自然人移动作为GATS下第四种模式自身的特点,以及相关国际规则规定的不明确,使得自然人移动在国际贸易中壁垒重重.通过分析GATS下自然人移动的承诺情况,借鉴国外成功实践并吸收了国内外学者的最新研究成果,最后立足我国国情,建议我国应建立统一的劳务输出管理机构,制定专门的劳务输出法,改革签证制度,统一国内有关资格认证、许可的标准,并积极参与国际服务贸易规则的制订,以完善我国对外劳务输出体制.     

Quantal transmitter secretion from myocytes loaded with acetylcholine.

It is well known that transmitter secretion requires specialized secretory organelles, the synaptic vesicles, for the packaging, storage and exocytotic release of the transmitter. Here we report that when acetylcholine (ACh) is loaded into an isolated Xenopus myocyte, there is spontaneous quantal release of ACh from the myocyte which results in activation of its own surface ACh channels and the appearance of membrane currents resembling miniature endplate currents. This myocyte secretion probably reflects Ca(2+)-regulated exocytosis of ACh-filled cytoplasmic compartments. Furthermore, step depolarization of the myocyte membrane triggers evoked ACh release from the myocyte with a weak excitation-secretion coupling. These findings suggest that quantal transmitter secretion does not require secretory pathways unique to neurons and that the essence of presynaptic differentiation may reside in the provision of transmitter supply and modification of the preexisting secretion pathway.     

新型全固态铁离子敏感电极研究

采用稀土电极材料六硼化镧制备了一种新的全固态铁离子敏感电极。研究了该敏感电极在常见介质中对Ｆｅ３＋的响应行为。结果表明，该铁离子敏感电极在１．５ｍｏｌ／ＬＨ３ＰＯ４介质中的线性响应范围、检测下限和响应斜率分别为１．０×１０－５～１．０×１０－１ｍｏｌ／ＬＦｅ３＋，６．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／ＬＦｅ３＋和６０ｍＶ／ｐＣ，且具有较好的选择性。     

A calcium sensor in the sodium channel modulates cardiac excitability.

Sodium channels are principal molecular determinants responsible for myocardial conduction and maintenance of the cardiac rhythm. Calcium ions (Ca2+) have a fundamental role in the coupling of cardiac myocyte excitation and contraction, yet mechanisms whereby intracellular Ca2+ may directly modulate Na channel function have yet to be identified. Here we show that calmodulin (CaM), a ubiquitous Ca2+-sensing protein, binds to the carboxy-terminal 'IQ' domain of the human cardiac Na channel (hH1) in a Ca2+-dependent manner. This binding interaction significantly enhances slow inactivation-a channel-gating process linked to life-threatening idiopathic ventricular arrhythmias. Mutations targeted to the IQ domain disrupted CaM binding and eliminated Ca2+/CaM-dependent slow inactivation, whereas the gating effects of Ca2+/CaM were restored by intracellular application of a peptide modelled after the IQ domain. A naturally occurring mutation (A1924T) in the IQ domain altered hH1 function in a manner characteristic of the Brugada arrhythmia syndrome, but at the same time inhibited slow inactivation induced by Ca2+/CaM, yielding a clinically benign (arrhythmia free) phenotype.
