高含固量聚苯乙烯－聚丙烯酸酯复合乳胶的合成及表征

本文采用种子乳液聚合技术，合成聚苯乙烯－聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液，用ＴＥＭ电镜观察其乳液的形态，用ＧＰＣ方法测定了乳胶聚合物的化学组成。     

Heritable germline epimutation of MSH2 in a family with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer

Epimutations in the germline, such as methylation of the MLH1 gene, may contribute to hereditary cancer syndrome in human, but their transmission to offspring has never been documented. Here we report a family with inheritance, in three successive generations, of germline allele-specific and mosaic hypermethylation of the MSH2 gene, without evidence of DNA mismatch repair gene mutation. Three siblings carrying the germline methylation developed early-onset colorectal or endometrial cancers, all with microsatellite instability and MSH2 protein loss. Clonal bisulfite sequencing and pyrosequencing showed different methylation levels in different somatic tissues, with the highest level recorded in rectal mucosa and colon cancer tissue, and the lowest in blood leukocytes. This mosaic state of germline methylation with different tissue distribution could act as the first hit and provide a mechanism for genetic disease inheritance that may deviate from the mendelian pattern and be overlooked in conventional leukocyte-based genetic diagnosis strategy.     

乙酸松油酯的合成研究

采用弱碱性无水碳酸钾作催化剂，结合真空精馏连续分离醋酸的工艺，由松油醇和醋酐合成了乙酸松油酯，摩尔得率达９２．４％，经真空蒸馏含量达９５．３％．该方法用于乙酸芳樟酯合成，产率也大于９０％．     

成对电解法制取葡萄糖酸和山梨醇

探讨了用葡萄糖成对电解氧化还原法制取葡萄糖酸和山梨醇的工艺条件，对直接电解法和间接电解法进行了研究比较，分析了它们的优缺点，以期打到实现工业化生产的途径。     

含似球型分子─正烷烃过量热容的测定与研究

本文测定了苯—正壬烷、苯—正十一烷、环已烷—正壬烷、环已烷—正十一烷、四氯化碳—正辛烷五个二元物系过量热容Ｃ，并与Ｆｌｏｒｙ理论对Ｃ的预测值进行了比较，得到了分子取向次序变化对Ｃ的贡献大小。结果发现Ｆｌｏｒｙ理论对Ｃ的预测值与Ｃ的实验值偏差很大，分子取向次序的破坏对Ｃ的贡献为负值。     

SF2－红外水分微机检测系统

对ＭＣＳ－９６单片机应用到智能仪表中进行了实质性的研究。根据红外检测纸张水分的特点，充分利用８０９８Ｉ／Ｏ接口灵活和运算能力强等优点，简化了硬件系统结构，提高了抗干扰能力，又在数据处理中采用参比技术、数字滤波、非线性处理等技术，使测量精度得以提高。     

羧酸β-羟丙基酯的合成

本文考察了固体酸FeCl_2,AlCl_2,Fe_2(SO_4)_3,在羧酸与环氧化合物加成酯化反应的催化活性,并研究了反应的取向。用性质稳定的Fe_2(SO_4)_3为催化剂,合成了16种羧酸β-羟丙基酯,产率为50％～84％。     

Similar effects of arginine-vasopressin and arginine-vasotocin on permeability of toad skin

Résumé Des crapauds ont été employés pour doser l'action des peptides neurohypophysaires sur la perméabilité de la peau. L'arginine⁸-vasopressine et l'arginine⁸-vasotocine ont en absence de Na⁺ le même effet. Elles augmentent les mouvements de l'eau, à doses variées, et leur action à toutes deux est 2000 fois plus puissante que celle de l'oxytocine. En presence de Na⁺ l'action de l'arginine⁸-vasotocine est 3 fois plus grande que celle de l'arginine⁸-vasopressine. Elles sont respectivement 120 fois et 40 fois plus puissantes que l'oxytocine.

本文通过实地调查,阐述了黄陵试区的自然环境的特点,植物资源的种类与类型;同时提出了改善沙区生态环境,提高单位面积产量与产值,增加农民收益的主要措施.在生物措施方面,以发展林业和经济作物为主,实行乔、灌、草,产、供、销相结合.在调查中还收集了大量的植物标本和有关资料,为有关部门和综合治理黄淮海平原提供了科学依据.
