环境规制、政府研发投入与全要素生产率 ——基于省级面板数据的分析

使用空间计量模型对我国除西藏外的30个省区市和东、中、西部各区域环境规制强度、政府研发投入对地区全要素生产率的影响进行了理论与实证分析,研究表明环境规制对地区生产率提升存在显著抑制作用,环境规制政策影响企业在创新方面的投资,约束地区生产率的提升;政府研发资金投入有利于提高企业研发积极性与市场竞争力,提升地区生产效率;东部地区政府研发投入对生产率的影响程度较小,中部地区环境规制强度对生产率的影响最大.     

Static extracting method of software intended behavior based on API functions invoking

The method of extracting and describing the intended behavior of software precisely has become one of the key points in the fields of software behavior＇s dynamic and trusted authentication. In this paper, the author proposes a specified measure of extracting SIBDS （software intended behaviors describing sets） statically from the binary executable using the software＇s API functions invoking, and also introduces the definition of the structure used to store the SIBDS in detail. Experimental results demonstrate that the extracting method and the storage structure definition offers three strong properties： （i） it can describe the software＇s intended behavior accurately; （ii） it demands a small storage expense; （iii） it provides strong capability to defend against mimicry attack.     

STUDY ON POLYPYRROLE-VISCOSE CONDUCTING FIBER

The conductivity of Polypyrrole-viscose conducting fiber prepared with author's method can be shown up to as high as 2.106x10~(-2) S/cm. The main factors influencing the conductivity are the concentration of FeCl_3 used as dopant and initiator, the treatment time of viscose fiber as base material in FeCl_3 solution, temperature and polymerization time. It is found that the orientation and crystallization degree of viscose fiber keep constant before and after conducting treatment and the mechanical properties of conducting fiber is the same as that of base material. In addition, the distribution of polypyrrole in viscose fiber, and its effect on the conductivity were investigated in details by TEM.     

对嗜好品风险认知的国际比较

对北京，大阪，洛杉矶3城市的市民就香烟和毒品的风险认知进行了抽样调查，并对其结果进行比较分析，主要结果如下：（1）中日美3国大约4／5的人对吸烟持负面性风险认知和评价，在3国中，美国人对吸烟的风险认知和危害性估计最高，中国居中，日本最低；（2）总体而言，中日美3国约9成以上的人对毒品持负面性风险认识和评价，在3国中，日本人对毒品的风险认知不安感最高，比较而言，美国人对毒品却表现出相对宽容的态度；（3）在3国中，日本人对香烟的社会容纳最高， 而对毒品的容纳度最低；美国人对毒品的社会容纳度远高于中国和日本；中国对香烟和毒品的社会容纳度都相对较低，这将有利于禁烟和禁毒。

两段绞接式联合收割机输送槽的设计研究

本文介绍一种适宜配置在悬挂式联合收割机上的两段铰接式输送槽设计,这种输送槽后段固定,前段与割台连接并与后输送槽铰接,该铰接点为前悬挂割台的支点,借助液压油缸升降,文中对该铰接点位置的确定,以及两段输送槽铰接处的圆弧过渡板设计进行了分析研究,提供了设计方法.     

基于软件内建自测试的模板和基准程序设计

论述了软件内建自测试项目中“模板”模块的设计方法，利用硬件测试中所使用的基准电路的思想，研究并开发了一种基准程序，使用这种基准程序，可以较为方便地对所生成的测试用例进行测试，最后给出了一个基准程序实例。     

超球拓扑积域特征流形上的奇异积分

在超球拓扑积域中建立了Cauchy型积分，定义了其特征流行上的奇异积分和奇异积分的Cauchy主值，进一步讨论了Cauchy型积分在特征流形上极限。

简述了目前中文丛书题名著录和标目选取中存在的问题,分析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了规范化著录中应注意的问题。
