完善农村税费改革的若干思考

农村税费改革方案实施一年来已取得初步成效 ,但在方案的执行过程中存在着计税依据不科学 ,乡村财力减少、运转困难等问题。建议采取科学设定计税依据 ,降低税率 ,开征土地使用税 ,取消农业特产税 ,取消农业税附加 ,开征农村建设税等措施完善方案 ,并进行相应配套改革

These properties frequently originate in lattice distortions, structure transformations etc[1]. The variations of size and structure ofnanocrystals lead to the change of their electronic structures. Bang bang control of unified chaotic system

The unified chaotic system contains the Lorenz system and the Chen system as two dual systems at the two extremes of its parameter spectrum. This paper presents the design of bang bang controller for unified system and multitude of numerical experiments under various control parameters. Numerical experiments meet the theoretic proof perfectly and convincingly demonstrated the controller can be effectively used for unified systems with uncertainty of the equilibrium points. The method enriches the applications of chaotic control. 用于人机交互的交流式电磁跟踪系统的研究

虚拟现实系统和计算机仿真系统中广泛采用电磁跟踪系统测量用户的头部或手部的位置和姿态来实现人机交互。本文分析了目前已有的直流式电磁跟踪系统的不足，提出了一种采用交流信号作激励源的交流式电磁跟踪系统，研究了该系统的结构，推导了用于提取传感器接收信号的递推数字互相关算法，讨论了算法参数与算法性能的关系。仿真实验证明了算法的有效性及理论分析的正确性。本文的研究成果为实际的交流式电磁跟踪系统的设计提供了理论依据。

感应加热钢包炉是国外新发展的一种二次精炼及加热设备，具有高效、低能耗、无污染的特点，本文在感应加热钢包炉电磁与结构分析工作的基础上，用电磁场数值模拟方法对感应加热钢包炉的电磁设计和包壳结构进行优化。
