Based on the tracking observations of radio ranges and VLBI delays of Chang’E-1 (CE-1) satellite during the controlled landing on the Moon on March 1, 2009, the landing trajectory and the coordinates of the landing point are determined by positioning analysis. It is shown that the landing epoch (the emission epoch of the last signal) of CE-1 satellite on the Moon was at UTC8h13m6.51s. 火星电离层早期的观测数据非常少,除了Viking登陆器对火星电离层的在位测量外,火星电离层的主要物理信息是通过掩星观测方法得到的.近年来,Mars Global Surveyor和Mars Express轨道器通过掩星观测的方法对火星的上层大气和电离层进行了长期的观测,得到了大量的火星电离层电子密度廓线资料.火星电离层受到来自太阳EUV和X射线辐射、太阳风、太阳耀斑、中性大气、表面壳磁场、宇宙射线、流星等多种因素的影响,使其结构发生瞬态或季节性的变化.本文介绍了行星无线电掩星探测的基本原理和技术特点,回顾了国内外科学家们基于已有的火星掩星观测数据(主要是Mars GlobalSurveyor和Mars Express)在火星电离层研究中的一些最新科学成果,并详细介绍了火星电离层的结构和火星夜间电离层的主要特征.  相似文献

In this paper, a dual-band notch filter for two-layer frequency selective surface (FSS) at terahertz (THz) frequency with high fil- tering performance has been realized on high-resistivity silicon substrates. With periodic metallic resonators patterned on the sili- con wafer, the designed filter can provide two tunable resonant frequencies for terahertz application. The transmission response was improved by introducing an extra surrounding pattern around the T-shaped structure, and the location of transmission drop was tuned independently with geometric parameters. Simulated by finite-integral time-domain method, the filter is designed to operate between 0.2 and 0.6 THz with dual-band band-stop performance, a salient feature of this design is making the low sensi- tivity of its frequency response to the incident angles, which allows to place the filter close to the radiation source with spherical wave fronts. The proposed structures were fabricated using photolithography and tested by THz time-domain spectroscopy system Experimental results show that the transmission response has more than 12 and 32 dB rejections near 285 and 460 GHz respectively, which is in good agreement with the simulation result.  相似文献

Acid, alkali, heat-shock, KNO3 and control pretreatment methods applied to anaerobic sludge were evaluated for their ability to selectively enrich the marine hydrogen-producing mixed microflora. Seawater culture medium was used as the substrate. The hydrogen yield of pretreated microflora was higher than that of the un-pretreated control (P 〈 0.05). Among the pretreatment methods studied, heat-shock pretreatment yielded the greatest hydrogen production, which was 14.6 times that of the control. When the effect of initial pH on hydrogen production of heat-shock pretreated samples was studied, hydrogen was produced over the entire pH range (pH 4 -- 10). The hydrogen yield peaked at initial pH 8 (79 mL/g sucrose) and then steadily decreased as the initial pH increased. Sucrose consumption was high at neutral initial pH. During the process of hydrogen production, pH decreased gradually, which indicated that the acquired microflora consisted of acidogenic bacteria.  相似文献

A novel material MnO2 nanosheet has been used as the support matrix for the immobilization of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). HRP entrapped in MnO2 nanosheet film exhibits facile direct electron transfer with the electron transfer rate constant of 6.86 s^-1. The HRP/MnO2 nanosheet film gives a reversible redox couple with the apparent formal peak potential (E^0') of -0.315 V (vs. Ag/AgCl) in pH 6.5 phosphate buffer solution (PBS). The formal potential E^0' of HRP shifts linearly with pH with a slope of -53.75 mV.pH^-1, denoting that an electron transfer accompanies single-proton transportation. The immobilized HRP shows an electrocatslytic activity to the reduction of H2O2. The response time of the biosensor for H2O2 is less than 3 s, and the detection limit is 0.21 μmol · L^-1 based on signal/noise = 3.  相似文献

The report describes the use of solid-phase extraction (SPE) and LC/MS/MS to investigate the occurrence and distribution of 4 estrogens (estrone, 17β-estradiol, estriol, and 17α-ethynylestradiol) and 3 anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen, ketoprofen and naproxen) in the Zhangweinanyun River System (China). Relatively higher concentrations were observed for estrone, 17α-ethynylestradiol, and ketoprofen in the Wei Canal than in the Wei River and in the Zhangweixin River. The study suggested that there is a potential ecological risk of male fish feminization from estrogens in the Zhangweinanyun River System.  相似文献

嫦娥一号绕月卫星对月球重力场模型的优化   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
月球重力场是揭示月球内部结构和物质组成的重要信息,探测月球重力场仍然是绕月探测任务中的重要科学目标之一.在已有月球重力场模型基础上,利用嫦娥一号探测数据,并结合“月女神”一号探测器、月球勘察者(LP)及早期月球探测器轨道跟踪数据,本文解算得到了高精度月球重力场模型CEGM02(100阶次),在CEGM01月球重力场模型基础上对模型进行了优化.对新模型的分析结果表明,嫦娥一号卫星轨道跟踪数据的融入,使得对月球重力场长波长部分的解算精度有显著提高,相比于SGMl00h模型在5阶以内精度提高约2倍,在10阶以内有明显贡献,在20阶内都有贡献.初步判断这是由于嫦娥一号卫星轨道动量轮卸载的频度不足“月女神”的1/4,而同时轨道相对较高所导致.文中结合CEGM02和激光测月观测结果解算了月球平均转动惯量0.393446(±0.000006),对月球内部构造研究提供了更强的约束.  相似文献

Sulfonate and/or phthalimidomethyl phthalocyanine zincs are obtained by the condensation reaction of anhydrous zinc acetate and two precursors, i.e. 4-phthalimidomethyl phthalonitrile and 4-(potassium sulfonated) phthalonitrile. The ZnPCSnPm mixture was separated into 5 components according to the number of substituted sulfonate groups and each component which has the same chemical constituent consists of different regioisomers. An HPLC method in isocratic conditions was developed to exercise quality control and make quantitative analysis of the photosensitizer, di-(potassium sulfonate)-diphthalimidomethyl phthalocyanine zinc (abbreviated as ZnPcS2P2, here, S represents sulfonate group, P the phthalimidomethyl group and ZnPc the phthalocyanine zinc). Furthermore, by comparing the retention behavior of ZnPcS2P2 with that of ZnPcS2, positional structure of isomers of ZnPcS2P2 was speculated. Reversed-phase HPLC method with TEA-phosphate buffer and DMF as eluents in gradient conditions has been proved to be a powerful tool for the separation of such complex system.  相似文献
