完成端口在视频会议服务器性能测试中的应用

视频会议服务器的性能测试需要模拟大量的客户端和真实的流量，本文提出了一种基于Wind ows完成端口模拟客户端来产生真实流量，从而进行视频会议服务器性能测试的方法，并描述了设计与实现过程，最后通过理论分析和实验验证，表明该方法在视频会议服务器性能测试中的准确性和低开销性。     

爆堆粒度分布测定的摄影抽样法和抽样数的确定

通过对露天矿爆破后爆堆表面粒度分布的直观描述,提出了在爆堆表面以粒度分布均匀程度为标志的分区摄影抽样法,并根据数理统计规律推导出了与爆破规模、可信程度和误差范围有关的抽样数公式,并进行了验证。

本文旨在就化学反应方程式的配平问题进行微机软件的研究。按照物质不灭定律,将化学反应方程式的配平问题,归结为求解齐次线性方程组的问题。并用PC—1500微机上的BAIC语言编写成程序,由微机输出配平系数。     

Isolation and characterization of H7N9 viruses from live poultry markets--Implication of the source of current H7N9 infection in humans

On March 31, 2013, the National Health and Family Planning Commission announced that human infections with a previously undescribed influenza A (H7N9) virus had occurred in Shanghai and Anhui Province, China. To investigate the possible origins of the H7N9 viruses causing these human infections, we collected 970 samples, including drinking water, soil, and cloacal and tracheal swabs of poultry from live poultry markets and poultry farms in Shanghai and Anhui Province. Twenty samples were positive for the H7N9 influenza virus. Notably, all 20 viruses were isolated from samples collected from live poultry markets in Shanghai. Phylogenetic analyses showed that the six internal genes of these novel human H7N9 viruses were derived from avian H9N2 viruses, but the ancestor of their HA and NA genes is uncertain. When we examined the phylogenetic relationship between the H7N9 isolates from live poultry markets and the viruses that caused the human infections, we found that they shared high homology across all eight gene segments. We thus identified the direct avian origin of the H7N9 influenza viruses that caused the human infections. Importantly, we observed that the H7N9 viruses isolated from humans had acquired critical mutations that made them more "human-like". It is therefore imperative to take strong measures to control the spread of H7N9 viruses in birds and humans to prevent further threats to human health.

Identification of a novel tillering dwarf mutant and fine mapping of the TDDL(T) gene in rice (Oryza sativa L.)

Rice plant architecture is an important agronomic trait that affects the grain yield. To understand the molecular mechanism that controls plant architecture, a tillering dwarf mutant with darker-green leaves derived from an indica cultivar IR64 treated with EMS is characterized. The mutant, designated as tddl(t), is nonallelic to the known tillering dwarf mutants. 报道了一种从S-扁桃酸出发拆分得到非洛地平的绿色合成新方法。以S-扁桃酸为原料，通过酯化，酯交换，Knoevenagel反应和Michael加成环合，得到关键中间产物，1,4-二氢 2,6-二甲基-4R（2,3-二氯苯基）-3,5-吡啶二羧酸甲酯S-扁桃酸甲酯，通过乙腈重结晶得到单一的异构体，再经水解，酯化共6步得到了目标产物，用MS，¹H-NMR对产物进行了表征。     

Etching mechanism of barium strontium titanate （BST） thin films in CHF_3/Ar plasma

Reactive ion etching was used to etch barium strontium titanate thin films in a CHF3/Ar plasma.BST surfaces before and after etching were analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy to investigate the reaction ion etching mechanism,and chemical reactions had occurred between the F plasma and the Ba,Sr and Ti metal species.Fluorides of these metals were formed and remained on the surface during the etching process.Ti was almost completely removed because the TiF4 by-product is volatile.Minor quantities of Ti?F could still be detected by narrow scan X-ray photoelectron spectra,and Ti?F was thought to be present in the form of a metal-oxy-fluoride.These species were investigated from O1s spectra,and a fluoride-rich surface was formed during etching.BaF2 and SrF2 residues were difficult to remove because of their high boiling point.The etching rate was limited to 12.86 nm/min.C?F polymers were not found on the surface,indicating that the removal of BaF2 and SrF2 was important for further etching.A 1-min Ar/15 plasma physical sputtering was carried out for every 4 min of surface etching,which effectively removed remaining surface residue.Sequential chemical reaction and sputtered etching is an effective etching method for barium strontium titanate films.
