设计并制作了一种新型长光程薄层光谱电化学池，其具有光程长、灵敏度高、重现性好等特点，且组装简便，电极容易更换，溶液未补偿电阻小，溶液用量少．易清洗．电解池以石墨为工作电极，分别用循环伏安、交流阻抗技术、光谱恒电位技术对其性能进行测试，得到比较满意的结果．

Summary The crucial functional groups of phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA) are superimposable with those of the glucocorticoid cortisol in a unique manner which suggests a mechanism for PMA activity, i.e. the alkylation of a cortisol receptor.     

重庆市三峡库区医疗垃圾现状及无害化处理分析

医疗垃圾属于一类危险废物，必须进行无害化处理。文章论述了医疗垃圾的特性和危害性，对重庆市三峡库区目前医疗垃圾管理和处理的现状进行了分析，针对其特点，提出对三峡库区医疗垃圾有效的管理措施和进行分区集中处理，具体分析了医疗垃圾处理技术方案：分类收集、密闭运输、预处理、焚烧、完全填埋等。通过无害化处理后，杜绝医疗垃圾对环境的污染，以保护三峡库区生态环境和水资源。     

我国旅行社实施CRM的思考

介绍了客户关系管理(CRM)的概念及内涵，通过对我国旅行社客户关系管理现状的分析，提出了我国旅行社实施CRM系统的两种基本策略，即自行建设策略和外包策略，并探讨了实施CRM时应处理好的几个问题。     

Historical review and redescription of three poorly known species of the catfish genus Trichomycterus from south-eastern Brazil (Siluriformes: Trichomycteridae)

ABSTRACT

This study is primarily directed to the most poorly known species of the genus Trichomycterus, comprising five nominal species (T. florensis, T. immaculatus, T. nigricans, T. paquequerensis and T. santaeritae) endemic to south-eastern Brazil. One of them, T. nigricans, is the type species of the genus, involved in taxonomic problems for over 150 years. A detailed historical review, accompanied by examination of type specimens and recent collections, revealed that the correct type locality of T. nigricans is in the vicinity of Rio de Janeiro, not Santa Catarina as commonly appears in the literature; specimens previously misidentified as T. nigricans from Santa Catarina belong to a possibly undescribed species of the genus Cambeva; T. paquequerensis is a synonym of T. immaculatus, and T. florensis is a synonym of T. santaeritae; and the hypothesis that T. santaeritae is closely related to the Amazon Sarcoglanidinae is refuted. The three valid species are redescribed. These species are members of a clade also including T. caipora that is highly supported by molecular data, diagnosed by a pronounced posterior maxillary process and caudal fin emarginate at least in larger specimens. A subclade comprising T. caipora, T. nigricans and T. santaeritae is diagnosed by a long maxilla and a bifid anterior extremity of hypobranchial 3.     

Film Use to Promote Understanding in Change and Diffusion of Innovation

The paper explores cinematic films as a pedagogical tool to promote critical thinking and student discussions in a doctoral-level learning, design, and technology seminar course at a major U.S. research university. These discussions focused on systemic change and systemic thinking concepts. The authors offer evidence from the literature that supports films’ power as a visual metaphor and neurocognitive stimulator to promote development of new perspectives in graduate students on case studies through articulation, reflection, and explanation of their thought processes on change and diffusion of innovation. There are theoretical, political, social, and technological issues that create tensions during any systemic change effort. The goal of using film in this seminar is to equip students with the requisite skills, theoretical frameworks, and interpersonal experiences needed to address these issues within organizations and communities. The change expected from systemic thinking is for students to think more deeply about the interconnectedness of systems and the importance of bottom-up change efforts that consider the perspective of all stakeholders.
