乌鲁木齐地区小学生环境意识调查比较研究

为了推动乌鲁木齐地区环境教育，我们在乌鲁木齐地区选择几个典型的汉语言系和民语言系的中小学校，对中小学生进行了环境意识调查工作。本文主要讨论乌鲁木齐地区小学生环境意识状况，分析存在的问题并在此基础上提出了在小学开展环境教育的几点建议。     

民族娱乐场所声环境现状监测及其对人体健康的影响

随着人们生活水平的提高,新疆的维吾尔族、哈萨克族等少数民族的婚礼和其它各种聚会由传统的家庭菜桌式举办方式逐渐转变为集吃饭、听音乐、唱歌、跳舞于一体的特殊的娱乐场所经济式举办方式.虽然民族娱乐场所在丰富人们文化生活方面起着很重要的作用,但是由于其内部的噪声过高,参与者常常感到不满.为了解民族娱乐场所声环境现状,我们在乌鲁木齐市选择了两个具有代表性的民族娱乐场所,对其声环境进行现场检测.根据民族娱乐场所声环境特点,将聊天声、音乐声、歌声、迪斯科乐声等选择为被检测项目,将离音箱最近处、场所中间和离音箱最远处选择为检测点,分别进行检测.为了解不同人群对民族娱乐场所声环境的看法,查明民族娱乐场所声环境对人体健康所造成的影响,我们设计调查问卷,对不同年龄的人群进行了问卷调查.文章主要报告本次监测和调查的结果及其对它进行的分析和讨论.

Signalling pathways involved in ribonuclease-7 expression

Antimicrobial peptides are host defence molecules that play a potential role in preventing infection at the epithelial surfaces. Ribonuclease (RNase)-7 has been shown to possess a broad spectrum of microbicidal activity against various pathogens. Here, we demonstrate that RNase-7 protein is localised to the superficial layers of ocular surface cells and increased in response to interleukin (IL)-1β, suggesting an active role during inflammation related to ocular surface infection. Signal transduction pathways involved in RNase-7 expression are unknown. Involvement of transforming growth factor β-activated kinase-1 (TAK-1) activated nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway molecules [c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) and p38] were studied because of their importance in infection and inflammation. Blocking the MAPKs resulted in inhibition of RNase-7 expression in response to IL-1β. However, RNase-7 induction by IL-1β was not affected by inhibiting the NF-κB signalling pathway. In conclusion, our results indicate that RNase-7 expression is specifically mediated via MAPKs but not NF-κB signalling pathways.     

Application of Quality of Experience in Networked Services: Review,Trend & Perspectives

Over the last decade, there has been an exponential growth of services over the Internet. Services such as online gaming are gaining popularity, whereas, Voice over Internet (VoIP) has been well established. Storage, management and processing of data have moved away from the devices to the cloud. Quality of experience (QoE) defined as the user’s perception of service quality is utilized in different technologies, services and products for improving end user satisfaction and provides quality of service (QoS) according to their demands. In this paper, we describe the utilization of QoE in different technologies, services and products for improving end user satisfaction. Specifically, we present the latest developments in QoE in multimedia services, network management, VoIP, web development, games and cloud computing. Finally, we discuss the current research, solutions and present open issues of future research in QoE.

     

不同Zn、Cu水平对香根草(Vetiveria zizanioides)体内Cd积累及生理指标的影响

采用水培试验研究了不同浓度的重金属Cd(15、30 mg·L-1)污染下,不同浓度Zn、Cu(10、40 mg·L-1)对香根草生长、丙二醛(MDA)含量、根系活力、可溶性蛋白质、叶绿素含量以及香根草体内Cd积累的影响.结果表明,除了低浓度的Cu外,不同浓度的Zn、Cu、Cd对香根草体内生理生化指标都产生协同或加和作用,提高了香根草体内MDA含量,降低了根系活力、叶绿素a、b含量以及可溶性蛋白质含量.Zn、Cu对植物吸收Cd的复合作用较为复杂,其中对香根草地上部Cd的转移可能产生拮抗作用,对根部Cd的吸收可能产生协同或加和作用.     

乌鲁木齐周围地区硅藻植物研究（2）

章再次报道采自新疆米泉和乌鲁木齐南山八一林场的硅藻,分隶于４科、１０属,９种１个变种。其中３种１变种为新疆维吾尔自治区新纪录。     

新疆菊科短命植物疏齿千里光营养器官解剖学研究

本文报导了菊科短命植物疏齿千里光（Ｓｅｎｅｉｃｏ　ｓｕｂｄｅｎｔａｔｕｓ　Ｌｄｂ。）的根、茎、叶解剖结构,其结果表明疏齿千里光具有早生植物结构特征．     

新疆东疆周围地区蓝藻植物初次调查研究

文章首次报道了新疆米泉市和吐鲁番部分地区的蓝藻植物3属11种1变种。以上12种为新疆维吾尔自治区最新纪录，这些结果是2004年5月10日至9月23日和2004年3月18日至8月21日之间在22处24点采集的24号水样标本鉴定所获得。
