外部治理环境与公司绩效:代理成本的中介效应

中国经济发展过程中存在区域发展不平衡现象,这种不平衡现象对公司绩效产生了重要影响。基于2003-2015年沪、深两市A股上市公司数据,以管理费用率度量上市公司管理层与股东间的第一类代理成本,以其他应收款占比度量上市公司控股股东与中小股东之间的第二类代理成本,采用多元回归和中介效应检验程序,实证检验了外部治理环境通过两类代理成本的中介作用对上市公司绩效影响的内在机理。研究结果表明,外部治理环境的提升能够显著的降低两类代理成本,进而提高上市公司的绩效,两类代理成本在外部治理环境影响公司绩效的过程中发挥显著的部分中介作用。     

论英语语音含混对语义的影响及解决办法

从音系学的观点入手 ,用实例论证英语口语中连读、不完全爆破和同音异义词等所带来的语音含混 ,从而导致语音信号的受体对主体所发信号不能明确辨别 ,影响正常交际这一自然语言特征 ,并提出了有效的解决方法     

Fibulin-5/DANCE is essential for elastogenesis in vivo.

The elastic fibre system has a principal role in the structure and function of various types of organs that require elasticity, such as large arteries, lung and skin. Although elastic fibres are known to be composed of microfibril proteins (for example, fibrillins and latent transforming growth factor (TGF)-beta-binding proteins) and polymerized elastin, the mechanism of their assembly and development is not well understood. Here we report that fibulin-5 (also known as DANCE), a recently discovered integrin ligand, is an essential determinant of elastic fibre organization. fibulin-5-/- mice generated by gene targeting exhibit a severely disorganized elastic fibre system throughout the body. fibulin-5-/- mice survive to adulthood, but have a tortuous aorta with loss of compliance, severe emphysema, and loose skin (cutis laxa). These tissues contain fragmented elastin without an increase of elastase activity, indicating defective development of elastic fibres. Fibulin-5 interacts directly with elastic fibres in vitro, and serves as a ligand for cell surface integrins alphavbeta3, alphavbeta5 and alpha9beta1 through its amino-terminal domain. Thus, fibulin-5 may provide anchorage of elastic fibres to cells, thereby acting to stabilize and organize elastic fibres in the skin, lung and vasculature.     

二茂铁甲醛缩胺基硫脲西佛碱与铜、钴配合物的合成表征及抑菌活性的研究

合成了二茂铁甲醛缩胺基硫脲西佛碱及其与Ｃｕ２＋、Ｃｏ２＋的配合物．对其进行了组成分析、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、热分析、摩尔电导及抑菌活性实验．结果表明：配体Ｌ组成为Ｆｃ＊ＣＨＮＮＨＣＳＮＨ２,配合物组成为〔Ｃｕ２Ｌ３Ｃｌ３〕Ｃｌ,〔ＣｏＬ２Ｃｌ２〕．抑菌活性实验表明：钴配合物对绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八叠球菌及大肠杆菌均有较强的抑菌性能     

薄层扫描法测定乌鸡妇康糖浆中黄芪甲苷的质量含量

研究了乌鸡妇康糖浆中黄芪甲苷的定量方法。采用CS－9000在λs=510nm，λR=610nm扫描，V（氯仿）：V（甲醇）：V（水）＝13：7：2混合液的下层溶液为展开剂。结果表明黄芪甲苷在1－5μg之间线性关系良好，相关系数γ=0．9993，平均回收率为99．20％，相对标准差为3．50％。本法灵敏、简便、准确，可用于乌鸡妇康糖浆中有效成分黄芪甲苷的测定和制剂的质量控制。     

四川省荣县金花乡桫椤自然保护区植被区系组成分析

本文报导了四川省荣县金花乡桫椤自然保护区植物区系组成成分的特点，区系分区为泛北极植物区，中国－日本森林植物亚区，华中植物亚区，属分布区类型，热带成分５８．３３％，温成分４０．２８％，地中海成分０．６９％，中国特有成分０．６９％，全世界分布的属有１２属，植被类型为中亚热带常绿阔叶林，以常绿阔叶乔木占优势，革质叶最多，中型叶占较大比例，这与本区的低海拔湿热环境和亚热带季风气候是相适应的。     

甲壳糖对Au^3＋氧化还原吸附性能研究

研究了不同脱乙酰度甲壳糖对Ａｕ＾３＋的吸附性能，广角Ｘ－射线衍射实验有甲壳糖能把Ａｕ＾３＋还原成Ａｕ，静态吸附实验结果表明，甲壳糖对Ａｕ＾３＋的吸附量随脱惭酰度的增大而升高脱乙酰时间为４ｈ的甲壳糖对Ａｕ＾３＋的吸附量随溶液ＰＨ值的同而增加；在ＰＨ值等于５．０时吸附量达１１７３ｍｇ／ｇ；另外，随溶液离子强度或高甲壳糖对Ａｕ＾３＋的吸附量减少，吸附动力学实验结果表明，甲壳糖对Ａｕ＾３＋吸附量在１２０ｍ     

Effect of Ce addition on microstructures and mechanical properties of A380 aluminum alloy prepared by squeeze-casting

The effect of cerium (Ce) addition on the eutectic Si, β-Al₅FeSi phase, and the tensile properties of A380 alloy specimens prepared by squeeze-casting were studied by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The experimental results showed that Ce more effectively modified the eutectic Si and refined the β-Al₅FeSi. The refinement effect significantly increased under a specific pressure of 100 MPa with the addition of Ce from 0.1wt% to 0.9wt%. In contrast, the average length and the aspect ratio of the eutectic Si and β-Al₅FeSi exhibited their optimal values when the content of the added Ce was greater than 0.5wt%. Needle-like Al8Cu4Ce was precipitated with the addition of excessive Ce; hence, the mechanical properties of A380 gradually decreased with increasing Ce content in the range from 0.3wt% to 0.9wt%.     

两阶段非线性Wiener过程退化建模与可靠性分析

基于性能退化数据对产品进行可靠性分析一直是可靠性工程领域研究的热点与难点。针对多阶段退化过程中存在的非线性规律,同时考虑变点位置位于测试时刻之间的一般情形且各试样变点存在个体差异性的实际情况,提出了基于Wiener过程的两阶段非线性退化模型,给出了模型参数极大似然估计方法,建立了可靠性分析和寿命预测方法。最后通过高压脉冲电容器实例的对比分析,验证了所提方法的合理性与有效性。结果表明,与多阶段线性Wiener过程方法相比,所提方法能够更加准确地描述退化过程的非线性时变特征,进而得到更为合理的寿命评估结果。
