确定履带式起重机下地基承载力的方法

针对履带式起重机的地基承载力,将履带式起重机的偏心荷载等效成均布荷载,同时以履带式起重机的允许沉降量来确定地基承载力特征值。经过理论验证以及有限元模拟表明,等效均布荷载可以代替偏心荷载,履带式起重机的允许沉降要求比相对沉降法荷载板确定地基承载力的要求更加苛刻,这种方法理论上是安全的,可以为实际的工程设计提供参考。     

不同因素对路基箱分担效果影响的数值模拟分析

大型履带起重机作业时履带对地压强大,为满足地基承载力要求,使用路基箱进行荷载分配;由于路基箱的形变、翘起、土体的非线性以及路基箱与土体之间的相互作用等因素,通过路基箱传递到地基上的荷载不是均匀分布,而且履带、路基箱以及土体的参数发生改变时也会影响路基箱的分担效果。运用有限元平台ABAQUS对路基箱的分担效果及其影响因素进行模拟分析,得出单块路基箱以及多块路基箱共同使用时的分担效果。
