法库陶瓷生产排放烟尘和SO2防治对策研究

我国是陶瓷生产及出口的主要国家之一,自1993年起我国陶瓷产量、人均消费及出口量均位列世界第一.2011年全国累计销售陶瓷砖3000亿元以上,已经成为建筑卫生陶瓷生产和消费大国.该文以法库陶瓷生产为例,从环境工程的角度研究陶瓷行业的环境保护,分析了陶瓷生产过程中的大气污染物排放状况;对污染物减排措施进行比选;分析了陶瓷生产除尘脱硫的特点及推荐了除尘脱硫工艺;对喷雾干燥塔和两段式煤气发生炉排烟污染提出了防治对策,为陶瓷企业大气达标排放提供参考.     

风机盘管空气净化器净化甲醛实验研究

该研究将驻极体纤维、负载光触媒的活性碳纤维和活性高锰酸钾球集成在风机盘管上,构成风机盘管空气净化器,并对净化器机理和净化甲醛实验进行详细的介绍.实验结果表明,风机盘管空气净化器对甲醛具有很高的效率,经110 min,舱内甲醛浓度从1.041 mg/m3降到0.1 mg/m3.
