概述了多金属氧酸盐与ＴＴＦ类π电子有机给体形成的电荷转移盐研究的简短历史和新近进展,着重评述了它们的合成、结构、性质以及研究方法．     

一类拟线性第二边值问题的存在唯一性

本文在ｆ（ｔ,ｘ）,ｆｘ（ｔ,ｘ）,β（ｔ）连续,ｆｘ（ｔ,ｘ）≥－β（ｔ）,β（ｔ）≤π２０＋α２４,β（ｔ）π２０＋α２４,π０为方程αｓｉｎｘ２＋ｘｃｏｓｘ２＝０的最小正根条件下,证明了第二边值问题．ｘ＂＝αｘ＋ｆ（ｔ,ｘ）,ｘ（０）＝ａ,ｘ（１）＝ｂ对于任给实数α,ａ,ｂ都有唯一解     

椭圆三角函数及其在波形发生器中的应用

对普通三角函数进行了推广，给出了椭圆三角函数的定义，指出椭圆三角函数是周期函数，存在最大值和最小值，并在定义域内连续可导．对椭圆正弦函数进行了一系列仿真研究，结果表明，椭圆正弦函数可作为波形发生器的发生函数，可产生方波、普通正弦波、脉冲波、处于普通正弦波和方波之间的波形、处于普通正弦波和脉冲波之间的各种波形，且函数形式是一致的，波形的幅值、频率、初始相位都易于调整．这种波形发生函数能方便地进行数学处理与分析，波形发生原理能应用于各类相关波形发生场合．     

球状星团轨道参数分布的统计模拟

选用29个累积光谱型为F型的银河系球状星团作为样本，利用Monte Carlo方法，结合两种不同的银河系引力势模型对样本的轨道参数进行统计模型，并画出轨道参数分布图，讨论这些参数的分布形态对初始观测数据及不同引力热模型的依赖性。     

攀枝花方言词类考察

词类是词法的重要内容。本文在《攀枝花方言词形研究》的基础上,对攀枝花方言的词类作了全面考察。文中例举了各类词的土词词以及俗语的特殊说法和某些特殊用法。     

Galectin-3 stabilizes heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein Q to maintain proliferation of human colon cancer cells

Comparative analysis of proteomes using 5-fluorouracil (5-FU)-resistant human colon cancer cell line revealed that decreased galectin-3 expression was significantly associated with retarded proliferation. However, in the presence of 5-FU proliferation rate of cells with suppressed galectin-3 expression did not differ from that of cells with normal galectin-3 expression, even galectin-3 suppression augmented apoptosis. Mechanism by which galectin-3 regulates cancer cell proliferation has been identified in immunoprecipitates of the anti-galectin-3 antibody. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein Q (hnRNP Q) was identified as a protein interacting with galectin-3. Interestingly, while galectin-3 protein was not affected by the hnRNP Q level, its suppression was accompanied by a decrease in hnRNP Q expression. The present study demonstrates that galectin-3 stabilizes hnRNP Q via complex formation, and reduction in the hnRNP Q level leads to slow proliferation and less susceptibility to 5-FU. 高校教学督导中加强对学生学习督导的探索

高校教育督导包括督教、督管、督学三个方面。针对目前高校教学督导工作中较少注意督学现状。从“督导学生”的角度出发,介绍了包括学生座谈、问卷调查、教学咨询、听课观察等直接和间接的督学实践过程;分析学生学习的实际情况;探讨督导工作中督学的作用、实践操作性、效果检测,以及如何用正确的观点、科学的态度来分析判断与评价学生的学习,做到督之有力,监之有方,导贯其中。     

A pyruvate kinase variant in different mouse transplanted tumors

Summary Mouse transplanted tumors, in contrast to normal tissues, contain a pyruvate kinase (PK) variant sensitive to the inhibitory action of L-cysteine and less sensitive to saturated fatty acids than the normal enzyme. In selected normal and tumor materials two fractions of PK were separated. Fraction A (20–30% (NH₄)₂SO₄ saturation) dominated in normal liver, and fraction B (50–60% (NH₄)₂SO₄ saturation) in skeletal muscles and Ehrlich ascites tumor. Only this fraction B from tumor material was sensitive to L-cysteine, and seems to contain a tumor-specific PK variant which might be considered as a marker of neoplastic transformation in a broad spectrum of mouse experimental tumors.

介绍了激光微加工技术的发展及应用概况,重点阐述了利用激光微加工技术制备惯性约束聚变研究中X光成像所用针孔、针孔阵列、狭缝及靶元件的实例,分析了影响加工质量的相关因素,提出了进一步拓展该项应用技术的方向。

We thank Cheng et al. for their interest in our paper “On linking climate to Chinese dynastic change: Spatial and temporal variations of of monsoonal rain” [1]. Our paper was written largely as a response to the suggestion made by Zhang P Z, et al. [2] that climate has a key role in affecting chapters of Chinese cultural history (e.g. the demise of the Tang, Yuan and Ming dynasties).
