FROM MANUFACTURING SCHEDULING TO SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATION：THE CONTROL OF COMPLEXITY AND UNCERTAINTY

With time-based competition and rapid technology advancements, effective manufacturingscheduling and supply chain coordination are critical to quickly respond to changing marketconditions. These problems, however, are difficult in view of inherent complexity and variousuncertainties involved. Based on a series of results by the authors, decomposition and coordination byusing Lagrangian relaxation is identified in this paper as an effective way to control complexity anduncertainty.A manufacturing scheduling problem is first formulated within the job shop context withuncertain order arrivals, processing times, due dates, and part priorities as a separable optimizationproblem. A solution methodology that combines Lagrangian relaxation, stochastic dynamicprogramming, and heuristics is developed. Method improvements to effectively solve large problemsare also highlighted. 光学兼容红外伪装涂料研究进展

当前侦察设备波段宽、分辨率高,具备全天候、全天时侦察能力,对现有武器装备的伪装提出了挑战。伪装涂料采用功能颜、填料,通过一定的制备、施工工艺涂覆在目标表面,在不影响武器装备战场机动性能的前提下实现武器装备的伪装,是目前最有效的伪装技术手段之一。在阐述光学伪装涂料、红外伪装涂料、光学兼容红外伪装涂料伪装机理的基础上,梳理了3种伪装涂料技术的研究进展,总结了3种伪装涂料的技术特点和存在的问题,对伪装涂料技术今后的发展进行了展望,提出了发展光学兼容红外伪装涂料的技术实现途径,为有效对抗日益发展的先进侦察技术,满足战场伪装需求提供了方法指导。     

High-precision timing of the Quaternary standard samples with thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) U-series method

Two national stalagmite standard (GBW04412, GBW04413) and one international coral standard (RKM_4) have been determined by using thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS) method. The values of ( 234 U/ 238 U) act , ( 230 Th/ 234 U) act and age are all consistent in error range with the standard values obtained by using α spectrometry.     

Osmium isotope determination on mantle-derived peridotite xenoliths from Panshishan with N-TIMS

The¹⁸⁷Os/¹⁸⁸Os ratios of spinel lherzolite xenoliths from Panshishan determined with N-TIMS are lower than that of the primitive mantle, which shows depleted mantle characteristics. Their positive correlation with Al₂O₃/MgO suggests that the geochemical behavior of trace elements Re and Os is similar to that of Al₂O₃ and MgO respectively during the magmatic evolution and Re-Os isotopic system is largely immune to mantle metasomatism. A model age of 2.8–3.4 Ga obtained by¹⁸⁷Os/¹⁸⁸Os-Al₂O₃/ MgO correlation might represent the homogeneous age of the mantle lithosphere beneath the area.     

北江洪水预报模型

将北江流域按区域下垫面特征进行分区,建立起各单元区产汇流模型,并与北江干流非恒定流水力学演算模型耦合,形成适合北北流域洪水特点的实时洪水预报模型,用北江“９４．６”洪水验证的结果表明,模型预报精度较高,最后,还指出了模型存在的问题和进一步研究的方向。     

小毛足鼠(Phodopus roborovskii)食性和食量的研究

小毛足鼠饲喂试验结果以及颊囊食物统计结果表明,该鼠在饲喂条件下食物资源利用谱相对较宽,但在野外条件下食物资源的利用主要以植物种子为主;并结合具体情况探讨了造成野外条件下该鼠食物资源利用范围趋于特化的原因．估算了小毛足鼠的采食效率为０．０７６％～０．１４％．在以上研究基础上,对小毛足鼠的危害与防治问题作了初步分析与说明
