以申沃产SWB6116型客车为平台,设计了一种基于机械式手动变速箱结构的混联式混合动客车动力系统.该系统的特征在于取消变速箱Ⅰ挡传动齿轮.根据中国城市公交城区循环工况的整车动力性及燃油经济性要求,对动力系统子系统发动机、ISG电机、驱动电机、电池和传动齿轮速比进行参数匹配.仿真计算结果表明,通过对各种因素的综合考虑,能够实现车辆预定的性能目标. 相似文献

介绍了混联大客车的结构形式。对离合器接合过程中存在冲击度过大的问题进行了分析。建立离合器接合过程数学模型,运用极小值原理对冲击度和摩擦功进行了优化。实验结果表明,优化后的整车换挡过程冲击度得到极大改善,整车平顺性得到很大提高。Abstract: The configuration type of series and parallel hybrid electric bus was introduced.The problem and the possible reason why the engagement jerk is so large was discussed by analyzing the engagement course of friction clutch.The math model of friction clutch engagement course was established and the minimum value principle was used to optimize the engagement jerk and slipping friction work.With the experiment results,it can be founded that the engagement jerk and driving smoothness are both improved greatly compared with the ones which are calculated with original clutch engagement control strategy. 相似文献
