索利那新及其光学异构体杂质的合成

琥珀酸索利那新是选择性毒蕈碱M3受体拮抗剂,目前已经载入《欧洲药典(9.0版)》,并规定3种光学异构体杂质(杂质F、杂质G、杂质H)均不超过0.15%.以N-苯甲酰基-β-苯乙胺为起始原料,Bischler-Napieralski环合成1-苯基-3,4-二氢异喹啉,Na BH4还原制备外消旋体(R,S)-1-苯基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉,D/L-酒石酸拆分出R和S异构体,4步反应制备(S)-1-苯基-1,2,3,4-四氢异喹啉总收率34.6%;另外,以奎宁环酮盐酸盐为原料经Na BH4还原、乙酰化、酒石酸拆分制备(R)-3-奎宁环醇和(S)-3-奎宁环醇,5步反应制备(R)-3-奎宁环醇的总收率17.8%;最后,以二(对硝基苯)碳酸酯为缩合剂在室温下合成索利那新及其3个光学异构体,以(R)-3-奎宁环醇为起始物计算合成索利那新的反应收率为91.0%,目标化合物经1H-NMR、13C-NMR进行确认.     

A new DFM flow for sub-100nm standard cells

DFM （Design-For-Manufacturability） method, which aims to improve manufacturability of ICs through specific design considerations, is becoming important nowadays. In particular, standard cells now should be designed by DFM method. This paper reports a new DFM flow for sub-100 nm standard cell design with a group of technologies for process modeling, manufacturability simulation and trial RETs. Based on this flow, a set of DFM-friendly 90nm standard cells were designed.

Information-based reduced reference image quality assessment incorporating non-tensor product wavelet filter banks

To achieve the better performance of image quality assessment, this paper develops an information-based scheme. First, visual maps that contain visual information are extracted by non-tensor product wavelet filter banks at different scales. Subsequently, to model visual difference （VD） caused by image degradations, the variation of information entropy between distorted and reference images is employed. Then the final visual quality is calculated with the VDs at each scale. In experiments, evaluation results show that it performs very well in terms of high accuracy of image quality measurement as well as low data rate.

Testing Structure for Detection of Poly Stringer Defects in CMOS ICs

A testing structure was developed to more effectively detect the poly stringer defects in contemporary CMOS ICs. This structure is much more sensitive to poly stringer defects and is closer to the real product layout than the currently widely used structure using an active dummy underneath a poly comb. Many testing structure pieces manufactured in a 0.11 μm copper process line were used to compare the current design with the conventional testing structure. The data shows that the new structure more efficiently detects poly stringers. The results also show that the poly stringers are related to the shallow trench isolation (STI) width. This structure can be used to identify new designs for manufacturing rules for the active space. Thus, this method is very useful for IC foundries to detect poly stringers and to characterize the processing line capability and tune the process recipe to improve product yields.
