反馈电路教学的几点新思路

利用反馈元件与电路输入、输出端的连接方式,来简化反馈类型的判别过程,并根据电压和电流的相互转换关系,采用“瞬时电流法”判别反馈电路的性质;利用“虚短”和“虚断”的概念来估算深度负反馈电路的电压增益.通过对所举反馈电路的分析,来证明该方法的可行性和优越性.

激光冲击强化对Ti2AlNb合金微观组织及残余应力的影响

Ti2AlNb(O-Ti2AlNb)具有优异的力学性能,在航空发动机方面有远大应用前景.激光冲击强化(Laser Shock Peening,LSP)是一种先进的表面改性技术,能够在材料表面诱导产生高幅值、大深度的残余压应力,改善材料微观组织,提高材料抗疲劳、高温氧化等性能.本文采用激光冲击强化对Ti2AlNb合金进行表面改性,并研究其组织演变、残余应力以及高温环境对性能的影响.结果表明:激光冲击强化能够显著减小Ti2AlNb合金近表面的晶粒尺寸.显微硬度由冲击前的350 HV提升到395 HV;在冲击区域近表面产生了约-377 MPa的残余压应力;而在高温环境中,由激光冲击强化所诱导的材料近表面残余应力随时间逐渐释放,在600℃条件下,残余应力释放较为缓慢;而在720℃条件下,残余应力迅速释放.     

RBF神经网络电力负荷预测模型研究

运用Matlab神经网络工具箱建立了一个RBF神经网络,依据某地实际的历史电力负荷数据和天气数据作为训练样本和测试样本,进行了考虑历史天气状况因素的电力系统短期负荷的预测和仿真,预测结果平均相对误差较小,满足精度要求,并将此RBF负荷预测模型与BP神经网络建立的短期电力负荷预测模型的预测结果进行了比较,显示了在相同预测条件下,RBF神经网络相比于BP神经网络在电力系统短期负荷预测方面的优越性.     

The coconut pathosystem: weed hosts of nymphs of the American palm Cixiid Haplaxius crudus (Hemiptera: Fulgoroidea)

Lethal yellowing (LY) of coconut palm (Cocos nucifera L., Arecaceae) is a disease of economic importance that is caused by the phytoplasma ‘Candidatus Phytoplasma palmae’ and is transmitted by the planthopper Haplaxius crudus (Van Duzee) (Hemiptera: Cixiidae). This study explores the weeds used by H. crudus nymphs and other Cixiidae in a coconut pathosystem in southern Mexico. Nymphs were collected directly from the root system of each weed by hand or with the help of a vacuum after carefully opening the culm. This study included 11 species of weeds: nine Poaceae [Brachiaria decumbens Stapf, B. humidicola (Rendle) Schweick, B. mutica (Forssk.) Stapf, Digitaria abyssinica (Hochst. Ex A. Rich.) Stapf, Eustachys petraea (Sw.) Desv., Leersia hexandra Sw., Panicum laxum Sw., P. maximum Jacq., Paspalum notatum Flüggé]; one Cyperaceae [Cyperus ligularis L.], and one Portulacaceae: [Portulaca pilosa L.]. Brachiaria mutica, E. petraea, B. humidicola, P. maximum were identified as the principal host species for H. crudus nymphs. Brachiaria decumbens, D. abyssinica, and C. ligularis are new host records for the nymphs of H. crudus. Additionally, it was found that H. crudus may coexist with its cogeners H. skarphion Kramer (Cixiidae) and H. caldwelli Kramer (Cixiidae), on B. mutica. On C. ligularis, H. crudus may coexist with Oecleus snowi Ball (Cixiidae) nymphs. These results suggest that in the coconut pathosystem there is a complex of multitrophic interactions that should be considered in integrated management of LY.     

医用细菌纤维素的制备及其细胞相容性

以椰汁作为基本的碳源和生长因子来源,通过添加成分明确的乙醇及酵母膏作为补充碳源和氮源,并补加相应的微量元素,获得了成分简单、明确的医用细菌纤维素培养基;该培养基各成分含量相对稳定,提高了细菌纤维素的发酵速率和产量,所获得的产物厚度可满足不同的医用需求.将碱液分别与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、超声波及乙醇联用对发酵产物进行纯化处理.结果表明:碱液与SDS联用时纯化效果最好;纯化所得样品的杂质N含量低于检测限,透光率高,在可见光范围内与活体角膜透光率相近,L929细胞相容性良好.     

青杨组织培养快速繁殖

建立了青杨(Populus cathayana)组织培养系统.最适合的外植体是新切下的枝条插入含有蛭石和充足水的营养钵中24 h以上,使其在弱光下迅速长出嫩枝的茎切段和茎尖.茎切段和茎尖外植体经0.1%HgCl2或5%NaClO溶液表面消毒后,接种到大量元素减半、含0.5 mg/L 6-BA和0.03 mg/L NAA的MS培养基上诱导芽,试管苗的生根采用含0.5 mg/L IBA的MS培养基.试管苗茎段的分化依外源激素条件的不同而异.     

宁夏不同群体居民体育旅游需求状况及消费特征的研究

体育旅游在精神上满足了城市居民对自然和健康的需求,随着我国城市化进程的加速推进和居民可支配收入的不断递增,体育旅游将成为城市居民提高生活质量的重要方式.在对市场调查数据进行详实分析的基础上,对影响城市居民体育旅游的因素进行了分析,并对此产生的城市居民体育旅游行为及倾向特征进行了初步的研究和探讨.     

Lushan M_S7.0 earthquake:A blind reserve-fault event

In the epicenter of the Lushan MS7.0 earthquake there are several imbricate active reverse faults lying from northwest to southeast,namely the Gengda-Longdong,Yanjing-Wulong,Shuangshi-Dachuan and Dayi faults.Emergency field investigations have indicated that no apparent earthquake surface rupture zones were located along these active faults or their adjacent areas.Only brittle compressive ruptures in the cement-covered pavements can be seen in Shuangshi,Taiping,Longxing and Longmen Townships,and these ruptures show that a local crustal shortening occurred in the region during the earthquake.Combining spatial distribution of the relocated aftershocks and focal mechanism solutions,it is inferred that the Lushan earthquake is classified as a typical blind reverse-fault earthquake,and it is advised that the relevant departments should pay great attention to other historically un-ruptured segments along the Longmenshan thrust belt and throughout its adjacent areas.     

高校教师应对方式在职业压力与主观幸福感之间的作用研究

采用大学教师工作压力量表,简易应对方式问卷,总体幸福感量表对382名高校教师进行了研究.探讨应对方式是否对工作压力与主观幸福感的关系有调节作用.结果发现应对方式对工作压力和主观幸福感之间的关系具有减弱的调节作用.具体来看,消极应对对工作保障和主观幸福感之间的负向关系起到了减弱的调节作用.积极应对对人际关系压力和主观幸福感之间的负向关系起到了减弱的调节作用.
