Zusammenfassung Ausser Patulin, Gentisinsäure und 6-Methylsalicylsäure wurden die folgenden Verbindungen als Metaboliten vonP. patulum Stamm 2159A gefunden: 6-Formylsäure, 3-Oxyphthalsäure, Pyrogallol,p-Oxybenzoesäure und Anthranilsäure. Eine aliphatische Vorstufe von Patulin und eine Substanz vom Depsidtypus konnten noch nicht näher identifiziert werden. Die möglichen Stoffwechselzusammenhänge zwischen diesen Verbindungen wurden diskutiert.

Myosin phosphorylation, agonist concentration and contraction of tracheal smooth muscle 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Myosin phosphorylation plays an important part in excitation--contraction coupling in smooth muscle. Phosphorylation by a Ca2+, calmodulin-dependent kinase stimulates the actin-activated Mg2+-ATPase activity of smooth muscle myosin, suggesting that myosin phosphorylation regulates smooth muscle contraction. This hypothesis is supported by evidence that myosin is phosphorylated during contraction and dephosphorylated during relaxation of intact smooth muscles stimulated with a single agonist concentration. However, there is little information regarding the response to stimulation with various agonist concentrations. As the dose-response relationships for phosphorylation and tension should be similar if myosin phosphorylation does, in fact, regulate smooth muscle contraction, we studied myosin phosphorylation in tracheal smooth muscle stimulated with a broad range of concentrations of the cholinergic agonist, methacholine. The results of these experiments are consistent with the hypothesis that myosin phosphorylation regulates smooth muscle contraction but they indicate a relatively complex relationship between myosin phosphorylation and the generation of isometric tension. 相似文献

We have developed a computational subtraction approach to detect microbial causes for putative infectious diseases by filtering a set of human tissue-derived sequences against the human genome. We demonstrate the potential of this method by identifying sequences from known pathogens in established expressed-sequence tag libraries. 相似文献

A quaternary ammonium compound containing amino acid residue was synthesized by Converting 3-chloro-2-hydroxy-propyalkyldimethylammonium chlorides into its epoxide derivatives, then attaching an amino acid to the epoxide derivatives synthesized a quaternary ammonium compound containing amino acid residue. Modified dyes were prepared by the ionotropy of anionic dyes with the quaternary ammonium compound containing amino acid residue. It was discovered that the modified dyes exhibited an excellent pH controllable solubility. These modified dyes have good water solubility at pH> 8.0, but they were water insoluble at pH < 6.5. On the printing paper, modified dyes in water-based ink-jet print ink could convert to water insoluble form and give prints excellent water fastness. 相似文献
