复数,实数及实对称数据下Bruun FFT算法的实现

本文在复数、实数以及实对称数据下研究和实现了Ｂｒｕｕｎ ＦＦＴ算法。文章分析和评价了各种数据下ＢｒｕｕｎＦＦＴ的运算量和特点，提出了算法的实现结构和方法。最后给了ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ３０上的运算时间，我们实现的算法比基２ＦＦＴ速度提高３５％。     

西部农业信息化建设问题的探讨

西部农业信息化水平低下制约着西部农业的发展。物质基础薄弱、信息意识淡薄、信息人才及资金短缺是造成西部农业信息化水平低下的原因。为加快西部信息化农业建设，应该从更新观念、加大政府支持力度、利用有限资源进行信息化基础建设、重视人才资源的开发、培育信息产品市场、加强农业应用系统和信息化农业技术的研究、加强示范应用体系等方面入手。     

Metabolites of diethylstilboestrol induce sister chromatid exchange in human cultured fibroblasts.

Diethylstilboesterol (DES) is one of the few substances for which a clear association with carcinogenicity has been established in man. Nevertheless, it is still widely used, mainly as a cheap oestrogen to increase the slaughter weight of beef, but in spite of this it is not known if residues in the meat or metabolites excreted by the cattle are hazardous to man. It is also unknown whether there is a threshold dose below which DES is harmless. A threshold might be expected if a hormonal mechanism of carcinogensis rather than metabolic activation to an electrophically reactive species operats. This possibility was supported by the observations that DES, in contrast to most other carcinogens, failed to induce mutations in the Salmonella/microsome test or malignant transformations of eukaryotic cells in culture. It is also disturbing that DES, one of the few known human carcinogens was negative in these two most widely used short-term tests introduced as fast early-earning system for potential carcinogens. We now report that DES is positive in sister chromatid exchange (SCE) induction, a short-term test for which a high correlation with the carcinogenicity of the compounds tested has been observed. Moreover, we show that metabolic activation was involved. Two different pathways leading to metabolites much more active in SCE induction than DES itself ('proximate agents') were established.

A candidate redshift z ≈ 10 galaxy and rapid changes in that population at an age of 500 Myr

Searches for very-high-redshift galaxies over the past decade have yielded a large sample of more than 6,000 galaxies existing just 900-2,000?million years (Myr) after the Big Bang (redshifts 6?>?z?>?3; ref. 1). The Hubble Ultra Deep Field (HUDF09) data have yielded the first reliable detections of z?≈?8 galaxies that, together with reports of a γ-ray burst at z?≈?8.2 (refs 10, 11), constitute the earliest objects reliably reported to date. Observations of z?≈?7-8 galaxies suggest substantial star formation at z?>?9-10 (refs 12, 13). Here we use the full two-year HUDF09 data to conduct an ultra-deep search for z?≈?10 galaxies in the heart of the reionization epoch, only 500?Myr after the Big Bang. Not only do we find one possible z?≈?10 galaxy candidate, but we show that, regardless of source detections, the star formation rate density is much smaller (～10%) at this time than it is just ～200?Myr later at z?≈?8. This demonstrates how rapid galaxy build-up was at z?≈?10, as galaxies increased in both luminosity density and volume density from z?≈?10 to z?≈?8. The 100-200?Myr before z?≈?10 is clearly a crucial phase in the assembly of the earliest galaxies.     

Gap junctional intercellular communication of cultured rat liver parenchymal cells is stabilized by epithelial cells and their isolated plasma membranes

The gap junctional intercellular communication (GJIC) determined by measuring dye coupling with Lucifer yellow, decreased within 3 d from 66% to 28% in monocultures of rat liver parenchymal cells. Coculturing of the parenchymal cells with a nonparenchymal epithelial cell line from rat liver resulted in increased and stabilized intercellular communication (83% after 3 d). The presence of isolated plasma membrane vesicles of the nonparenchymal epithelial cells also stabilized the intercellular communication between the liver parenchymal cells (70% after 3 d). When liver parenchymal cells were cocultured with a rat liver fibroblast cell line the gap junctional communication between the parenchymal cells was not stabilized (43% after 3 d), and isolated plasma membrane vesicles of the fibroblast were also unable to support the GJIC in parenchymal cells (35% after 3 d). It is concluded that plasma membrane constituents of the nonparenchymal epithelial cells were responsible for the stabilization of the GJIC between parenchymal cells. A heterotypic gap junctional communication between parenchymal and nonparenchymal cells was not observed.
