Optimum non-parametric tests for stationarity of a stochastic process against location and scale shift alternatives are explored. Usefulnesss of these tests in detecting a suitable differencing transformation that reduces a non-stationary time series to a stationary one is illustrated with a number of previously analysed real life data.  相似文献

The optimization of cultural conditions for β-glucanase production by Bacillus subtilis ZJF-1A5 was investigated in flask trials. Temperature had great effect on β-glucanasc production which maximized atoptimal temperature of 37℃ and decreased significantly when temperature was over 37℃ . Charge quantity affected β-glucanasc production significantly. Adding oxygen vector N-dodecanc or acetic ether benefited β-glucanasc production, but it depended on the concentration and charge quantity. The results of fractional factorialdesign showed that age and size of inoculum and shaking speed were the key factors affecting β-glueanase production and the cultivation time span to reach the highest β-glucanasc activity. The optimal cultural conditionsfor p-glucanase production obtained with CCD were as follows: inoculum age and size (16 h, 3.82% (v/v)),shaking speed 210 r/rain, charge quantity of 30 mL in 250 mL flask and initial pH 7.0, cultured at 37℃ for 50 h. Repeated experimental results accorded with those predicted by a second-order polynomial model. The amount of p-glucanase, a-amylase and neutral protease produced by B subtills ZJF-1A5 was associated partially with cell growth. Those three enzymes‘ activities increased following the cell growth and increased signifi-cantly when cells entered the stationary phase.  相似文献

Electromagnetic signals in deep reservoir are very weak so that it is difficult to predict about the presence of hydrocarbon in seabed logging(SBL) environment.In the present work,Mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 nanoferrites were prepared by a sol–gel technique at different sintering temperatures of450 °C,650 °C and 850 °C to increase the strength of electromagnetic(EM) antenna.XRD,FESEM,Raman spectroscopy and HRTEM were used to analyze the phase,surface morphology and size of the nanoferrites.Magnetic properties of the nanoferrites were also measured using an impedance network analyzer.However,nanoferrites sintered at 850 °C with initial permeability of 200 and Q factor of 50 were used as magnetic feeders with the EM antenna.Lab scale experiments were performed to investigate the effect of magnetic field strength in scale tank.SPSS and MATLAB softwares were also used to confirm the oil presence in scale tank.It was observed that the magnitude of the EM waves for the antenna was increased up to 233%.Finally,the correlation values also show 208% increase in the magnetic field strength with the presence of the oil.Therefore,antenna with Mn0.8Zn0.2Fe2O4 nanoferrites based magnetic feeders can be used for deep water and deep target hydrocarbon exploration.  相似文献
