双轴等拉低周疲劳实验装置

本文给出能在一般单向加载液压疲劳试验机上做双轴等拉低周疲劳实验研究的双向拉伸装置,并对有关影响因素进行了讨论。 本试验是在百吨液压低周疲劳试验机上进行的。双向拉体装置已经受近百万次疲劳载荷,其中交变载荷幅围5.5,t亦经受近20万次。在使用过程,各构件完好合手使用要求,将十字试样进行低周疲劳断裂试验,成功地开出合格裂纹,用它进行超速条件下叶轮材料性能研究亦取得初步结果。可以认为它适用于平而应力集中问题低周疲劳性能的研究。若使用液压高、中周疲劳试验机,它还可用于双轴载荷下裂纹试样裂纹扩展的研究。 本文指出了双向拉伸装置有待改进的方面。     

Structure specificity of some immunoadjuvant synthetic glycopeptides

Summary The immunoadjuvant activity of muramyl dipeptide seems to be critically dependent on the type of substitution of the -carboxyl group of the D-isoglutamine residue. Moreover the nonapeptide L-Ala-D-isoGlu-L-Lys-D-Ala-(Gly)₅-OME also shows a definite effect.     

Synthesis of the 3D porous carbon-manganese oxide (3D-C@MnO) nanocomposite and its supercapacitor behavior study

A 3D porous carbon-manganese oxide ([email protected]) nanocomposite is successfully synthesized via a thermal plasma deposition method. The chemical bonds and compositions, phase structures, surface morphologies, etc. of as-obtained [email protected] nanocomposite were characterized by the various equipment, such as X-ray diffractometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and electron microscopes. The electrochemical performances of the [email protected] nanocomposite electrode showed a specific capacitance of 780 F g^?1 at a current density of 2 A g^?1 and a capacitance retention rate of 99% after 5000 charge-discharge cycles at a high current density of 10 A g^?1. These excellent capacitive performances may be attributed to the encapsulation of MnO nanoparticles by porous carbon sheets in the [email protected] MnO nanocomposite structure. It is believed that the carbon-encapsulated MnO nanoparticles can be protected from a volume deformation during the charge adsorption/desorption cycle and can be electrically improved by the encapsulated carbon sheets, resulting in better overall capacitive performance. In addition, this study also demonstrates the practical applicability by assembling a supercapacitor using the as-obtained [email protected] nanocomposite to glow a light emitting diode.

Electron microscopic observation of nucleosomes in ultrathin sections of heparin-treated nuclei

Summary Isolated rat liver nuclei display nucleosomes (-bodies) in common ultrathin sections after treatment of nuclei with heparin. The masking of nucleosomes in intact chromatin by some extranucleosomal component is suggested.     

一类非线性控制系统模型解的整体存在性

采用对偶性技巧、Hoelder不等式、线性抛物型方程正则性理论等一系列非线性分析的方法，研究一类带有交错扩散影响的非线性生物种群迁移与竞争控制系统模型，在R^n(2≤n≤4)的任何有界光滑区域并带有一般边界条件的情况下，得到系统解的整体存在性。     

Examinations of the bactericidal properties of the serum against gram-positive microbes in patients suffering from leukaemia,malignant lymphoma,myeloma and myelofibrosis

Zusammenfassung Die bakterizide Eigenschaft des Serums gegen grampositive TestbakterienB. anthracoides wurde an 136 Hämoblastosekranken untersucht. Bedeutend erhöhte Bakterizidinmittelwerte wurden bei akuten Leukämien, chronischen myeloiden Leukämien, M. Hodgkin, Retikulosarkom und Lymphosarkom, Myelom und Myelofibrose im Vergleich mit der gesunden Kontrollgruppe gefunden. Einzig bei chronischen lymphatischen Leukämien war der Bakterizidinmittelwert nicht erhöht.

Summary The administration of phosphatidyl choline/cholesterol liposomes with entrapped N-acetyl muramyl dipeptide induced in guinea-pigs the development of delayed hypersensitivity to ovalbumin.     

Synchrotron refractive-index microradiography of human liver cancer tissue

Three human liver tissue samples （-5 mm × 40 mm × 20 mm） were excised from a cancer patient＇s liver during surgery. The microradiology analysis was performed with a non-standard approach on a synchrotron. High-resolution refractive-index edge-enhanced microradiographs that cover a larger volume of the liver tissue sample were obtained. The cancer tissue and normal tissue could be clearly identified and distinguished based on their different textures. Furthermore, new blood vessel hyperplasia was found near the cancer area. Blood vessels with a diameter smaller than 20 μm could be identified. These findings were fully consistent with the histopathological examination or the same area. Microradiographs of the newly formed blood vessels at different angles were also obtained. This result shows that it is possible to further develop this approach into a technique of microradiographic imaging for clinic diagnosis of liver cancer at the early stage.
