OPTIMAL SETTING-UP OF KNITTING ELEMENTS AND ITS EFFECT ON TENSION VARIATION

The dynamic yarn tension variations during knitting cycle are very difficult to control and be-come one of barriers to knitting on modern warp knitting machine.Examination of experimentaldata and theoretical analysis show that the relative position of spring rail to knitting elements suchas needle,guide as well as their displacement has noticeable effect on tension variation so that theknitting condition can be much improved by rearrangement of the knitting elements and theirmovement within a knitting cycle.     

RESEARCH ON THE STRUCTURE AND THE PROPERTY OF THE HYGROSCOPIC AND PERMEABLE FABRIC FOR SPORTSWEAR

Two structure models for knitting fabric are set up according to the wet-heat transmission principle of the fabric. Four kinds of knitted fabrics for sportswear are designed and produced. The wet-heat property of these fabrics is researched.     

大豆蛋白纤维织物热湿舒适性能研究

通过时大豆蛋白纤维织物及类似风格的棉、毛、丝织物的导热性、保暖性、冷感性、透湿性、输水性、润湿性及透气性的测试分析，建立了时大豆蛋白纤维织物热湿传递性能的较全面的认识；并利用灰色聚类分析评价系统时前述4类织物的热湿舒适性能做了综合评价。     

Performance of the Bean-protein Fiber

The methods in testing the bean-protein fiber and the standards used were simply introduced. The fiber's mechanical and chemical performances were further analyzed. And the correlative performance of the bean-protein fibers and other natural fibers have been compared, then full knowledge of the fiber's performance was concluded.     

横机上影响给纱张力波动因素分析

利用瑞士产R－3192型电子张力仪在针织横机上测试给纱张力，采用正交设计的方法制定试验方案，对张力曲线进行图像处理，据此利用数理统计的方法计算出均值与方差，确定对给纱张力波动影响最大的因素，用MATLAB语言编写整套程序。     

Influence on the Quality of Apocynum Venetum with Different Degumming Methods

The biochemical degumming and chemical degumming were employed to process apocynum venetum, and indices values for the residual gum content, fineness, strength of single fiber, average length, moisture regain and whiteness of degummed apocynum venetum fibers are evaluated with fuzzy mathematical method. The results obtained from this investigation show that the general index value of degummed apocynum venetum fibers with biochemical degumming （K1=0.626 09） is prior to that with chemical degumming （K2 =0.421 64）.     

吸湿透气性运动面料的结构研究与设计

本文在研究织物湿热传递机理的前提下,建立了具备吸湿透气功能的T、H针织物结构模型,并通过对针织物组织结构的研究和分析,成功地设计并生产出4种具有良好吸湿透气功能的针织运动面料。     

横机氨纶(裸丝)给纱张力控制装置研究

针对纬编横机上氨纶裸丝在给纱时的张力问题，设计了由电容式传感器、步进电机等组成的机电一体化微机控制系统，实现了对给纱张力的实时控制。介绍了整套装置的硬件搭建和软件流程。
