ON LINE COMPUTATION OF EMPIRICAL FORMULA BY MEANS OF ELEMENTAL ANALYSIS AND ITS PROGRAM DESIGN

On line determination of empirical formula for organic compounds with an automatic elemental analyzer and its program design method -were investigated. The. computational results shows that the. reliability of computational results depends on the accuracy of the analytical data and the organic compound itself.

引言六十年代初,出现了热导池鉴定器的气相色谱法用于碳、氢、氮分析的研究报道。其基本原理为:以氦气为载气,使样品在1010℃左右的燃烧炉中催化氧化,所产生的气体经还原炉还原使样品中的氮转变成氮气,碳转变成二氧化碳,氢转变成水。混合气体经气相色谱分离后按一定的次序通过检测器(TCD),TCD 信号经计算机处理后便可求得被测样品中碳、氢、氮的百分含量。
