Study on Surface Optimization by Ion Beams

Preliminary tribo-mechanical properties of IBED filmsof GCr15 bearing steels have been studied in this paperalong with the comparison between IBED films and PVDfilms as well as non-implanted surface in wear resis-tance,micro-hardness,friction and surface morpholo-gy.Experiments gave a consistent picture and statedclearly that TIN films can really improve the tribo-me-chanical properties of materials and have practical usesin a certain sense.However,further theoretical and ex-perimental studies must be performed in respect thatthere are some defects on IBED films.     

40Cr钢离子注入后表面形态变化初探

本文对40Cr钢详细测量、分析了其二维和三维的表面粗糙度,随注入能量和剂量不同各评定参数的变化趋势也不同.离子注入使粗糙度高度参数值普遍下降,间距参数值有时增大,有时减小,通过溅射作用有时使糙峰数减少,有时又产生新峰;形状参数上峰态也发生变化.对不同参数的注入表面尚进行了自相关函数和功率谱函数分析.     

电磁驻波摆动器自由电子激光的小信号增益

利用Ｍａｄｅｙ‘ｓ ｔｈｅｏｒｅｍ计算了电磁驻波摆动器的自由电子激光的小信号增益。结果表明它与普通静磁摆器自由电子激光的增益具有相似表达形式。     

INVESTIGATION INTO THE SURFACE ENERGY OF IMPLANTED SURFACES

The critical surface energy of steels surface modified by ion implantation was evaluated. Zisman's method was used to investigate the critical surface energy of 40Cr, # 45, GCr15, 1Crl8Ni9Ti steels implanted under the different conditions from the contact angle data. The critical surface energy in steel shows a general tendency to decrease with the increase of implanting energy and dose. On the grounds of the relationship between the energy of adhesion of sliding interfaces and the solid surface energy, reduction of friction and increase of wear resistance of the implanted surfaces have been demonstrated experimentally.     

EFFECT OF N~+ ION IMPLANTATION ON SURFACE ROUGHNESS OF 40Cr STEEL

The different change tendencies of 2-and 3-dimensional surface roughnesses of 40Cr steel aremeasured and analysed.In 2-dimensional parameters,the data are measured amplitude parametersR_a ,R_q ,R_(pn),spacing parameters S_m,S,q and shape parameters Δq,T_p %,R_(sk),R_(ku)..In3-dimensional parameters,the similar amplitude and shape parameters are measured.The au-thors found that ion implantation lcads to reduction of the values of the amplitude parameters ofthe surface roughness remarkably.The values of the spacing parameters have no regular changes.The changes of surface profiles before and after ion implantations have been measured in detail.Inaddition,the auto-correlation function and the power spectrum are analysed for the surfaces ofdifferent implanting parameters.It is concluded that in the observed frequency range,the intensi-ties of various frequencies decrease widely and the coefficients of the auto-correlation of surfacesdecrease after ion implantation.

滚轮修整轨迹的研究

针对滚轮修整轨迹进行推导和分析,得出了修整轨迹在某点的曲率半径ρ与修整速比q的变化关系;测定了不同的修整速比q,每转进给量f_d与磨削表面粗糙度R_a的变化情况。在实验的基础上,从理论与实践两方面进行了分析。结果可用于分析和预测R_a或限制工件表面粗糙度。
