INFLUENCE OF SIDELONG HEAT TRANSFER ON PTR SIGNAL

The influence of the sidelong heat transfer on the PTR signal is discussed. The typical effect is to reduce the phasedelayof the PTR signal when thermal waves extend to the sideface. A three-dimensional model, of which the results are in good agreement with the experimental date, is put forward. Comparisons with the results from the one-dimensional model are given.     

金属表面膜对金属红外激光加热吸收的影响的研究

从金属的热传导特性,导出金属受CO_2红外激光辐照时,金属的温度与吸收率的关系。给出用微处理机控制自动曝光和采样,测量几种国产金属材料具有不同表面膜时的吸收率,以研究表面膜对加热吸收的影响。

设计和制成了波长从1-15μm范围的材料的法向光谱发射率的测量装置,描述了测量原理,并以金属材料和红外加热器作为例子,进行了测量,对测量结果的误差作了估计.

描述了应用PTR 技术确定金属村料热扩散系数的原理和方法,实测了紫铜、钢和石墨三种材料的热扩散系数.
