用金属磁记忆方法进行缺陷检测

介绍了金属磁记忆检测的原理及其应用方法。铁磁性工件在载荷的作用下,应力和变形集中区会产生最大的漏磁场变化,对漏磁场法向分量的测定可以准确地推断工件的应力集中区。通过对14块对接焊缝钢板分别用磁记忆、超声波方法进行实际检测,验证了磁记忆检测方法的有效性,取得了一些有益的经验。     

3σ方法在磁记忆检测中的应用

通过对带有已知预制裂纹试块的检测曲线进行分析,提出了一种评定应力集中的方法--3σ方法.如果x服从正态分布,式μ=x±3σ具有概率含义:测定结果x落在(μ-3σ,μ 3σ)区间的概率为99.73%,概率不随σ的改变而改变.如果磁场强度变化曲线在(|μ-3σ |, ∞)内,就认为此部位有应力集中.3σ方法更加符合统计学规律,对缺陷的判断也更符合实际情况.

圆形波导杆中两种情况下声信号的传播特性

选取了7种不同直径的圆钢波导杆,分别在波导杆的端面圆心和圆周表面上进行断铅声信号实验。重点分析了直径为10 mm波导杆在长度为2.5 m、1.0 m时的实验数据,分析了波导杆直径和长度的变化对其所传递声信号的纵波分离、幅值、上升时间、持续时间及信号强度的影响。总结了7种不同直径的波导杆在不同长度下声信号的纵波分离和幅值的变化特点,提出了在实际应用中波导杆直径和长度的选取原则。分析了波导杆传递的信号时域图,计算了声信号在波导杆传播中的纵波和横波速度,提出了解决因声速变化而引起信号源定位误差的措施。
