独立学院学生人格心理特点及其教育对策刍议

独立学院是当前新形势下高等教育办学机制与模式的一项探索与创新，是普通高校的优势办学资源与优质社会资本相结合的民办高等教育机构。独立学院学生是大学生群体中的一部分，与普通高校学生相比，有其自身的人格心理特点。本文对山东省曲阜师范大学杏坛学院学生进行的UPI（大学生人格心理测试）测试结果进行分析，进而探求对独立学院学生进行有效心理健康教育的对策。     

An Investigation into the Abstract in the Graduation Theses of English majors

As one of the most important sections of the paper, the abstract should be viewed as a mini-version of the paper. This paper aims to analysis the abstract in the graduation theses of English majors from the perspective of the macrostructure. The finding shows that incomplete macro-structural units of the Introduction-Methods-Results-Discussion/Conclusions and failure to meet the word limit and paragraphing are the main problems. Suggestions as how to write the abstract of the paper are also attempted in the last part of this paper.
