本对新疆南、北疆、东疆地区和乌鲁木齐市的101所民族中学进行实地的调查研究,通过对各民族中学体育教学中大纲、教材、场地器材、汉语授课、男女生分班情况、教师培训、教学计划以及对课程改革的认识等方面的分析.进一步了解新疆各地区民族中学学校体育状况,特别是“体育与健康”课程实施后,各地区民族中学学校体育教学现状以及所面临的问题,旨在加快新疆少数民族中学的体育教学改革和《体育与健康》课程教学研究。为新疆教育主管部门制定实施“体育与健康”课程教学提供决策依据。 相似文献

It has recently been shown that RNA interference can be induced in cultured mammalian cells by delivery of short interfering RNAs (siRNAs). Here we describe a method for efficient in vivo delivery of siRNAs to organs of postnatal mice and demonstrate effective and specific inhibition of transgene expression in a variety of organs. 相似文献

The evolutionary relationship ofDictyostelium discoideum to the yeasts, fungi, plants, and animals is considered on the basis of physiological, morphological and molecular characteristics. Previous analyses of five proteins indicated thatDictyostelium diverged after the yeasts but before the metazoan radiation. However, analyses of the small ribosomal subunit RNA indicated divergence prior to the yeasts. We have extended the molecular phylogenetic analyses to six more proteins and find consistent evidence for a more recent common ancestor with metazoans than yeast. A consensus phylogeny generated from these new results by both distance matrix and parsimony analyses establishesDictyostelum's place in evolution between the yeastsSaccharomyces cerevisiae andSchizzosaccharomyces pombe and the wormCaenorhabditis elegans. 相似文献

Superoxide dismutase has been found to be widely distributed and of approximately the same specific activity in all regions of human brain examined. It is not reduced during degeneration of the basal ganglia in Huntington's Chorea. After subcellular fractionation of human and guinea-pig cerebral cortex, the highest specific activity of the enzyme was found in the soluble fraction. 相似文献

The espins are novel actin-bundling proteins that are produced in multiple isoforms from a single gene. They are present at high concentration in the parallel actin bundle of hair cell stereocilia and are the target of deafness mutations in mice and humans. Espins are also enriched in the microvilli of taste receptor cells, solitary chemoreceptor cells, vomeronasal sensory neurons and Merkel cells, suggesting that espins play important roles in the microvillar projections of vertebrate sensory cells. Espins are potent actin-bundling proteins that are not inhibited by Ca2+. In cells, they efficiently elongate parallel actin bundles and, thereby, help determine the steadystate length of microvilli and stereocilia. Espins bind actin monomer via their WH2 domain and can assemble actin bundles in cells. Certain espin isoforms can also bind phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate, profilins or SH3 proteins. These biological activities distinguish espins from other actin-bundling proteins and may make them well-suited to sensory cells. 相似文献

We carried out a genome-wide association study of lung cancer (3,259 cases and 4,159 controls), followed by replication in 2,899 cases and 5,573 controls. Two uncorrelated disease markers at 5p15.33, rs402710 and rs2736100 were detected by the genome-wide data (P = 2 x 10(-7) and P = 4 x 10(-6)) and replicated by the independent study series (P = 7 x 10(-5) and P = 0.016). The susceptibility region contains two genes, TERT and CLPTM1L, suggesting that one or both may have a role in lung cancer etiology. 相似文献
