We summarized the design, fabrication challenges and important technologies for multi-wavelength laser transmitting photonic integration. Technologies discussed include multi-wavelength laser arrays, monolithic integration and modularizing coupling and packaging. Fabrication technique requirements have significantly declined with the rise of reconstruction-equivalent-chirp and second nanoimprint mask technologies. The monolithic integration problem between active and passive waveguides can be overcome with Butt-joint and InP array waveguide grating technologies. The dynamic characteristics of multi-factors will be simultaneously measured with multi-port analyzing modules. The performance of photonic integration chips is significantly improved with the autoecious factors compensation packaging technique.  相似文献

目前端到端逻辑拓扑推测方法主要有极大似然方法和分群方法。极大似然方法的计算量会随网络规模的增加而急剧增长,从而影响在实际网络中的应用。采用计算量较小的分群推测方法,针对GLT算法中采用固定丢包率判决门限ξ所导致的较大推测误差,提出了改进的任意拓扑推测算法IGLT。该算法利用每次迭代过程中得到的链路丢包率的估计值对ξ进行动态调整。仿真结果表明,IGLT算法将ξ与链路丢包率估计值相结合,有效地防止了采用GLT算法导致的拓扑推测准确率的严重恶化,提高了算法性能。  相似文献

The paper outlines a new neural net (DPNN) for describing brain's action based on one-dimensional cable theory. While the traditional neural network system only finding its character involving time changing (as HNN, BP etc.), the model-DPNNs (distributed parameter neural networks) are not only the transmitted neurons of time variation, but also the functions of positions by the voltage u(x. I). With the neuroscientific relevance, some bionural features like intermittent conduction and dendritic spike are fixed well by DPNNs which considered as complicated and adaptive devices contract to the functional elementary units. To find the semi-analytical representation of DPNNs, adaptive wavelets are utilized as new microlocalization tools. While maintaining all advantages of wavelet function, the adaptive wavelet offers a viable alternative learning procedure to the orthogonal least squares method (OLS), Adaptive wavelet method develops a fairly general, low-cost multiscale method for neural net optimization.  相似文献

In this paper we study the dynamic properties and stabilities of neural networks with delay-time (which includes the time-varying case) by differential inequalities and Lyapunov function approaches. The criteria of connective stability, robust stability, Lyapunov stability, asymptotic atability, exponential stability and Lagrange stability of neural networks with delay-time are established, and the results obtained are very useful for the design, implementation and application of adaptive learning neural networks.  相似文献

The transmission matrix method is used to analyze the influence of incident light on coupled resonators. Two different types of incident light on the same coupled resonator geometry are shown to lead to different system transmission features. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE, MIM152700) is an autoimmune disease characterized by self-reactive antibodies resulting in systemic inflammation and organ failure. TNFAIP3, encoding the ubiquitin-modifying enzyme A20, is an established susceptibility locus for SLE. By fine mapping and genomic re-sequencing in ethnically diverse populations, we fully characterized the TNFAIP3 risk haplotype and identified a TT>A polymorphic dinucleotide (deletion T followed by a T to A transversion) associated with SLE in subjects of European (P = 1.58 × 10(-8), odds ratio = 1.70) and Korean (P = 8.33 × 10(-10), odds ratio = 2.54) ancestry. This variant, located in a region of high conservation and regulatory potential, bound a nuclear protein complex composed of NF-κB subunits with reduced avidity. Further, compared with the non-risk haplotype, the haplotype carrying this variant resulted in reduced TNFAIP3 mRNA and A20 protein expression. These results establish this TT>A variant as the most likely functional polymorphism responsible for the association between TNFAIP3 and SLE.  相似文献

The effect of intra-channel four-wave mixing on the performance of a 160 Gb/s OTDM RZ 100 km transmission system is analyzed. Strong dispersion management to suppress the detrimental effects of intra-channel four-wave mixing is presented theoretically and verified experimentally.
