血管内皮生长因子结合可降解壳聚糖治疗大鼠心肌梗塞的研究

摘要:目的 研 究 血 管 内 皮 生 长 因 子 ( vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF ) 结 合 可 降 解 壳 聚 糖 ( degradablechitosan,DC)对心肌梗塞大鼠的治疗作用。 方法 将 32 只 SD 大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、VEGF 组和 VEGF+ DC 组,每组 8 只。 4 组大鼠均采用结扎冠状动脉左前降支的方法进行造模,其中假手术组只穿线不结扎。 造模后, 向模型组大鼠心肌注射 100 μL 生理盐水,VEGF 组大鼠于同一位置注射同体积 VEGF 溶液,VEGF+DC 组大鼠注射 VEGF+DC 溶液。 造模 4 周 后,对 所 有 实 验 大 鼠 进 行 超 声 心 功 能 检 测,考 察 左 心 室 收 缩 期 及 舒 张 期 前 壁 厚 度( LVAW;s 和 LVAW;d) 、左心室收缩期及舒张期内径( LVID;s 和 LVID;d) 、左心室收缩期及舒张期容积( LV Vol;s 和 LV Vol;d) 、左室射血分数( EF% )及短轴缩短率( FS% ) ,血流动力学考察左室舒张末压( EDP ) 和等容收缩期及 舒张期左心室内压力上升最大速率( + dp / dt 和 - dp / dt) ,计算左心室指数( LVM / BW) 并对心肌进行苏木素-伊红 ( HE)染色观察各组实验大鼠心肌病理变化。 结果 VEGF 组和 VEGF+DC 组大鼠的心肌梗塞均得到有效改善,其 中 VEGF+DC 组的改善作用更加显著。 结论 VEGF 结合 DC 对心肌梗塞大鼠的心功能具有改善作用,具有一定的治疗作用。     

Maxwell's role in turning the concept of model into the methodology of modeling

This is a contribution towards a history and philosophy of modeling in its early stages in electromagnetism. In 1873, James Clerk Maxwell (1831–1879) hinted at the methodology of modeling at the end of his Treatise on Electricity and Magnetism. We focus on Maxwell's impact on physicists who immediately followed him, specifically Oliver Lodge (1851–1940) and George Francis FitzGerald (1851–1901). We begin with the role that the scientific concept of model played in the late nineteenth century, as assessed by Ludwig Boltzmann (1844–1906). We then discuss the role of hypothesis as a methodology, the appeal to (dynamical) illustration, and the way Maxwell applied model and working model in his studies of electromagnetism. We show that for Maxwell these key terms were kept distinct, but Lodge did not maintain these distinctions and, in this regard, FitzGerald followed Lodge. Notwithstanding Lodge's influence, Fitzgerald modified Maxwell's theory based on the mechanical model he designed, thereby implicitly taking the first step towards modeling. This methodology consists in drawing consequences from the (mechanical) model to the (electrodynamic) theory and modifying the latter in light of the functioning of the former. At the core of our argument is the thesis that it was a methodological novelty to move from the concept of model to the methodology of modeling. The introduction of modeling as a new methodology into physics in the late nineteenth century was a major event which deserves proper recognition.     

谈“十四五”生态保护与绿色发展的生态关系

 从“十四五”保护与发展的生态关系角度，探讨了生态保护与绿色发展的十大生态关系，阐述了生态保护和绿色发展中的一系列有关生态关系的生态智慧及生态技术，并对长江、黄河等流域的生态保护和修复提出了相关建议。     

2017—2019 年北京地区实验动物质量抽检结果分析

摘要:目的 比对分析 2017—2019 年北京地区实验动物微生物及遗传质量监测结果,为实验动物产业发展提供参考。 方法 按照国家和地方现行实验动物检测标准,对北京地区实验动物生产单位进行抽检,并发布检测报告。按照报告数据,对此阶段小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、地鼠、兔、犬、猴和小型猪共 8 个品种的实验动物按照品种、等级、单位等进行分类,分析质量问题,并与 2014—2016 年同期实验动物质量比对,分析变化趋势。 结果 2017—2019 年分别抽检动物 144、131 和 135 批次,检出不合格批次分别为 30、15 和 17 批。 不合格主要因素为兔、犬及猪免疫不达标(20 批) ,病原感染 20 批,未发现遗传变异。 与 2014—2016 年同期相比,未检出遗传问题相同,免疫不达标状况好转,但病原感染出现上升。 结论 通过质量分析比对,能够为实验动物产业健康发展提供数据支持。     

Meet-Cloud for Secure and Accurate Distribution of Negative Messages in Vehicular Ad hoc Network

Keeping Vehicular Ad hoc Network(VANET) from attacks requires secure and efficient distribution of information about bad entities. Negative messages are pieces of information that define the negative attributes of vehicles. By formally defining the negative message, we observe that accuracy is essential for its efficient distribution. We formally define the coverage percentage and accurate coverage percentage to describe the availability and distribution efficiency of negative message. These two metrics can jointly evaluate the performance of a distribution method. To obtain both high coverage percentage and high accurate coverage percentage, we propose meet-cloud, a scheme based on meet-table and cloud computing to securely and accurately distribute negative messages in VANET. A meet-table in a Road Side Unit(RSU) records the vehicles it encounters. All meettables are sent to cloud service to aggregate a global meet-table. The algorithm for distributing and redistributing negative messages are designed. Security analysis shows that meet-cloud is secure against fake and holding on to negative message attacks. Simulations and analysis demonstrate that meet-cloud is secure under denial of service and fake meet-table attacks. The simulation results also justify that meet-cloud outperforms the RSU broadcast and epidemic model.     

Little-known and phylogenetically obscure South African estuarine microgastropods (Mollusca: Truncatelloidea) as living animals

Areas of the Knysna estuarine bay in the Western Cape are dominated by three endemic South African truncatelloid microgastropods, temporarily known as ‘Hydrobia’ knysnaensis (Krauss), ‘Assiminea’ capensis (Sowerby) and ‘Assiminea’ globulus Connolly. Although first described 80–170 years ago and present in abundance (up to 100,000 m^?2), they remain surrounded by confusion and still await taxonomic assignment, largely because they appear most atypical members of their groups by virtue of anatomy and/or biogeography and/or habitat. This study contributes in-life perspectives to morphological and phylogenetic analyses known to be on-going. At Knysna, they are syntopic: at least two occurring in >85% and all three in >40% of individual 0.0026 m² samples from their region of dominance. Nevertheless, they tend to greater abundance in divergent microhabitats; ‘A.’ globulus dominating higher tidal levels, and ‘A.’ capensis and ‘Hydrobia’ lower ones; the former especially unvegetated sediment, the latter, if anything, seagrass. Interspecific feeding interactions appear unlikely to be responsible for these patterns, other evidence suggesting that all are maintained below carrying capacity. Field biology of ‘H.’ knysnaensis generally appears equivalent to that of northern-hemisphere intertidal hydrobiids and that of ‘A.’ globulus is typically assimineid, albeit at atypically low shore height. Unlike assimineids, however, ‘A.’ capensis is truly aquatic. The success of these truncatelloids in unusual circumstances may be consequent on the absence from South Africa of other microgastropod groups that fill their niches elsewhere in the southern hemisphere.

考虑到企业在采纳新技术过程中的技术溢出以及新技术创新回报的不确定性,建立生产有差异化产品企业的两阶段博弈模型,以企业采纳时间为分界点分别得出在古诺竞争和伯特兰德竞争两种市场下各个阶段的期望均衡利润,进而对技术创新回报不确定性、企业的最优采纳时间、期望社会福利最大时的企业最优社会采纳时间进行了分析,结果表明,随着创新回报不确定性的增加,先采纳新技术企业的期望利润增加更多;企业间产品差异较大时,领先企业在古诺竞争下的最优采纳时间要比伯特兰德竞争下的最优采纳时间要早;企业间产品差异较小时,领先企业在古诺竞争下的最优采纳时间要晚于伯特兰德竞争下的最优采纳时间.跟随企业在古诺竞争下的最优采纳时间始终早于伯特兰德竞争下的最优采纳时间.
