Zusammenfassung Der Effekt von Clomifenhydrogencitrat und von Cyclofenil auf den LH-Gehalt der Hypophyse und den LH-RF-Gehalt des Hypothalamus wurde an kastrierten, weiblichen Ratten untersucht, die mit Östradiol und Progesteron blockiert worden waren. Während die Injektion von Cyclofenil im Dosisbereich von 100 bis 600 g/Tier zu einem Abfall von sowohl LH als auch LH-RF führte, konnte bei Verabreichung von Clomifen nur bei der Gabe von 25 g/Tier eine signifikante Herabsetzung von LH und LH-RF beobachtet werden.  相似文献

The aspergilli comprise a diverse group of filamentous fungi spanning over 200 million years of evolution. Here we report the genome sequence of the model organism Aspergillus nidulans, and a comparative study with Aspergillus fumigatus, a serious human pathogen, and Aspergillus oryzae, used in the production of sake, miso and soy sauce. Our analysis of genome structure provided a quantitative evaluation of forces driving long-term eukaryotic genome evolution. It also led to an experimentally validated model of mating-type locus evolution, suggesting the potential for sexual reproduction in A. fumigatus and A. oryzae. Our analysis of sequence conservation revealed over 5,000 non-coding regions actively conserved across all three species. Within these regions, we identified potential functional elements including a previously uncharacterized TPP riboswitch and motifs suggesting regulation in filamentous fungi by Puf family genes. We further obtained comparative and experimental evidence indicating widespread translational regulation by upstream open reading frames. These results enhance our understanding of these widely studied fungi as well as provide new insight into eukaryotic genome evolution and gene regulation.  相似文献

The quantum mechanical measurement problem is the difficulty of dealing with the indefiniteness of the pointer observable at the conclusion of a measurement process governed by unitary quantum dynamics. There has been hope to solve this problem by eliminating idealizations from the characterization of measurement. We state and prove two ‘insolubility theorems’ that disappoint this hope. In both the initial state of the apparatus is taken to be mixed rather than pure, and the correlation of the object observable and the pointer observable is allowed to be imperfect. In the insolubility theorem for sharp observables, which is only a modest extension of previous results, the object observable is taken to be an arbitrary projection valued measure. In the insolubility theorem for unsharp observables, which is essentially new, the object observable is taken to be a positive operator valued measure. Both theorems show that the measurement problem is not the consequence of neglecting the ever-present imperfections of actual measurements.  相似文献

The structure-function relationship of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (AChR) has been effectively studied by the combination of complementary DNA manipulation and single-channel current analysis. Previous work with chimaeras between the Torpedo californica and bovine AChR delta-subunits has shown that the region comprising the hydrophobic segment M2 and its vicinity contains an important determinant of the rate of ion transport through the AChR channel. It has also been suggested that this region is responsible for the reduction in channel conductance caused by divalent cations and that segment M2 contributes to the binding site of noncompetitive antagonists. To identify those amino acid residues that interact with permeating ions, we have introduced various point mutations into the Torpedo AChR subunit cDNAs to alter the net charge of the charged or glutamine residues around the proposed transmembrane segments. The single-channel conductance properties of these AChR mutants expressed in Xenopus laevis oocytes indicate that three clusters of negatively charged and glutamine residues neighbouring segment M2 of the alpha-, beta-, gamma- and delta-subunits, probably forming three anionic rings, are major determinants of the rate of ion transport.  相似文献
