耶尔森菌外膜蛋白H酪氨酸磷酸酶中药抑制剂的筛选

以大肠杆菌为宿主, 将含有蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶YopH催化结构域(ΔYopH)的质粒转入其中, 高效表达了ΔYopH. 分离纯化后, 以ΔYopH为靶标, 应用体外酶促反应动力学实验, 研究111种中药水提液的抑制效果, 筛选出对ΔYopH有明显抑制作用的五倍子、 石榴皮和地榆, 并进一步研究其半数抑制浓度（IC₅₀值）及抑制类型.
