混凝土薄壁连续箱梁剪力滞效应分析与对比

在大比例连续混凝土箱梁模型弹性范围内剪力滞效应试验研究基础上,结合混凝土箱梁的特点,通过选用合适的单元类型和材料本构关系,运用ANSYS大型有限元分析程序模拟了试验全过程,重点分析了连续混凝土薄壁箱梁在集中荷载作用下,荷载-挠度曲线以及不同截面处翼缘混凝土应变分布规律等问题,分析结果与试验结果吻合良好.     

低温搪瓷密着结构研究

将CoO、NiO、CuO、FeO等多种密着剂引入到搪瓷釉，采用B2O3、TiO2等取代部分 SiO2、Al2O3，研制出搪瓷烧成温度低、密着性能优良的低温搪瓷。通过场发射扫描电镜和能谱仪分析表明，密着性能优良的低温搪瓷界面存在搪瓷釉层与金属铁层相互镶嵌和Fe、Si、Co、Ni、Na、K、O等元素相互扩散的中间过渡层，中间过渡层的存在为低温搪瓷产生优良密着创造条件。
