自制换热器降低干熄焦机组过冷度

机组真空随时间推移缓慢降低,且过冷度较大,在3℃左右,过冷度每增加1℃,机组的热耗率就上升0.02%;同时,过冷度的增加也导致了凝结水的溶氧量加大,降低了管道及设备的寿命,通过自制管束换热器代替原有的板式换热器,过冷度降低。
