考虑多种损坏构成特征的沥青路面预防性养护决策方法

由于沥青路面损坏构成的多样性, 相同的路面状况指数(pavement condition index, PCI)可能代表不同的损坏组合. 当多种损坏并存且损坏程度接近时, 用PCI和主导损坏(最严重、扣分最多的路面损坏)难以得到具有针对性的养护对策. 因此, 通过对PCI的深入分析, 明确了主导损坏代表性不足的路段, 以现行预防性养护决策方法为基础, 补充了一种考虑损坏构成特征、更具针对性的决策方法. 以上海城市道路近5年的检测、养护数据为分析基础, 首先利用有序聚类算法将路段按PCI水平分组, 分析了不同阶段路面损坏构成和差异水平; 然后, 针对多种损坏并存且损坏差异不显著的路段, 根据预防性养护的实施效果筛选了能够反映正确预防性养护经验的有效养护路段; 最后, 基于有效养护路段建立并对比分析了2个基于BP(back propagation)神经网络的养护决策模型. 结果表明: 当PCI水平介于优良(84.4~93.0分)时, 不同损坏程度接近, 主导损坏代表性不足; 考虑多种损坏构成特征的BP神经网络模型表现出更高的决策精度, 测试集决策正确率达86.20%, 优于仅考虑主导损坏的模型(58.50%). BP神经网络与传统决策树法结合能够优化沥青路面决策过程, 提高养护对策选取的针对性.     

Meet-Cloud for Secure and Accurate Distribution of Negative Messages in Vehicular Ad hoc Network

Keeping Vehicular Ad hoc Network(VANET) from attacks requires secure and efficient distribution of information about bad entities. Negative messages are pieces of information that define the negative attributes of vehicles. By formally defining the negative message, we observe that accuracy is essential for its efficient distribution. We formally define the coverage percentage and accurate coverage percentage to describe the availability and distribution efficiency of negative message. These two metrics can jointly evaluate the performance of a distribution method. To obtain both high coverage percentage and high accurate coverage percentage, we propose meet-cloud, a scheme based on meet-table and cloud computing to securely and accurately distribute negative messages in VANET. A meet-table in a Road Side Unit(RSU) records the vehicles it encounters. All meettables are sent to cloud service to aggregate a global meet-table. The algorithm for distributing and redistributing negative messages are designed. Security analysis shows that meet-cloud is secure against fake and holding on to negative message attacks. Simulations and analysis demonstrate that meet-cloud is secure under denial of service and fake meet-table attacks. The simulation results also justify that meet-cloud outperforms the RSU broadcast and epidemic model.     

腐蚀对风车联合作用下斜拉桥拉索 疲劳可靠性的影响分析

为探讨腐蚀对随机交通和风载联合作用下斜拉索疲劳可靠性的影响规律和机理,通过拉索高强钢丝的加速腐蚀和疲劳试验,提出了考虑腐蚀的斜拉索疲劳抗力模型;基于线性累积损伤准则,建立了考虑腐蚀影响的风车联合作用下拉索疲劳可靠性的分析方法和流程;依托工程实例,分析了腐蚀等级和时变腐蚀对拉索疲劳可靠性的影响.结果表明:随腐蚀加剧拉索动态疲劳可靠指标下降速率增大;等级达到Ⅲ级及以上的腐蚀对拉索疲劳可靠寿命影响显著,尤其对于靠近桥塔及辅助墩处拉索;Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级腐蚀时拉索疲劳寿命相对无腐蚀状况降幅最大分别达24%和44%;相对完好状况,时变腐蚀影响下拉索的动态疲劳可靠指标下降更为迅速,且降幅明显大于仅考虑腐蚀分级的状况.

基于风廓线雷达的降水云分类方法在海南地区的应用

将风廓线雷达用于热带降水云体进行垂直探测,可以实时对热带地区降水云体进行较准确分类.通过对海口地区降水云系特征(2017年1月～12月)进行统计分析,提出一套基于风廓线雷达探测数据(回波强度、垂直速度和速度谱宽)的热带降水云体分类方法.以该方法为基础,结合天气雷达等观测资料,对2017年发生在海口地区的两次降水过程展开详细分析.结果表明:风廓线雷达具备较好体现降水云体垂直结构的能力,相比于天气雷达,风廓线雷达探测数据可以更精细地描述降水云系的变化趋势;相比于传统降水分类方案,采用以风廓线雷达探测数据为基础的分类方案可以提高对复杂降水类型识别的正确率;风廓线雷达可以更好地描述快速过境的高空微弱对流系统.     

CHARACTERISTICS OF QUATERNARY AMMONIUM RESISTANT BACTERIA FROM A FINE PAPERMACHINE SYSTEM

To evaluate the biocide effect of quaternary ammonium chloride (QAC), a whitewater sample was taken from a fine papermachine headbox. By plate spreading method, 51 strains of facultative anaerobe were isolated morphologically. Then the strains were separately transferred to basal medium and were incubated before the beginning of log phase. To identify strains with different QAC resistance, 30-120 ppm of N-Alkyl-benzyl-dimethyl ammonium chloride were added to basal medium.Biocide effect was investigated by comparison of bacterial growth, which can be monitored by 600 nm light absorbance of basal medium suspension. Among 51 strains, only 2 strains can Survive for QAC concentration up to 120 ppm. API20E aud 16S rRNA gene sequencing technique were applied to identify two strains with highest (120 ppm)QAC resistance. One strain (HB22)was identified as Morganella morganii. HB22 can resist QAC concentration up to 150 ppm. HB22 is Gram-negative rod, motile with flagella, catalase positive, oxidase negative, Indole positive, H2S production negative, facultative anaerobe. HB22 has optimum growth condition of 35℃ and pH 7.0.HB22 can catabolize only glucose and D (+)-Mannose.The other (HB45) was identified with high similarity among Pseudomonas cf. monteili or Pseudomonas mosselii or Pseudomonas putida. HB45 can resist QAC concentration up to 200 ppm.HB45 is Gram-negative rod, motile with flagella,catalase positive, oxidase negative, Indole negative,H2S production negative, aerobe. HB45 has optimum growth condition of 30℃ and pH 7.4. HB45 can catabolize L-Arabinose, L(+)-Rhanmose, D (+)-Mannose, Glucose, Glycerol, Lactose, Maltose,Raffmose, Xylose, Cellulose and Xylan. The implication of this work to paper industry is also discussed.

Decoration of disclinations by solidification-induced band texture and focal-conic texture for a low-molar-mass liquid crystal

Two decoration techniques, solidification-induced band texture decora tion and focal-conictexture decoration, have been established to exhibit the director field of disclinations in a low-molar-mass methacrylate liquid crystal. The disclinations with strength s = 1/2 and s = ±1 are observed by the two decor ation methods. For the solidification-induced band texture decoration, the molecular orientation is perpendicular to the direction of the band. While for focal- conictexture decoration, it has been proved by the results of IR dichroism that the direction of the director is parallel to the direction of the focal-conic. Therefore, the sketch map of the molecular director filed can be mapped according to the morphological pattern of the solidification-induced band textureor focal-conic texture.
