要加强对《教师法》实施的检查监督

《教师法》实施以来,广东省领导重视,政府努力为教师办实事,重视教师队伍素质的提高,取得了好成绩。但在教师待遇到位、教师队伍建设等方面仍存在不少问题,必须引起高度重视。各级人大必须确立正确的观念,下大决心,采取切实有力措施,加强对《教师法》实施的检查监督,保障教师合法权益。     

A Systemic Model for Managing and Evaluating Conflicts in Organizational Change

Change or innovation diffusion is a key issue for most business organizations but is yet difficult to implement as the change management process is often complex as it relies on an organized methodology to complement an organization’s commitment and participation. An ambiguous environment surrounding change mechanism tends to develop unintended attitudes, resulting in resistance and conflict. The study proposes a model for the management of such conflicts among change participants (involved and affected) in the context of organizational change. The authors consider organizational change process as an innovation project that treats change and conflicts holistically with the Ulrich’s notion of boundary considerations (boundary critique). A social network setting of multiple stakeholders is considered to effectively help in resolving problematic situations that hinder organizational learning and change. The proposed model provides a theoretical foundation based on concepts governing Critical Systems Heuristics (CSH), change theory, stakeholder theory and conflict management.

Zusammenfassung Zugabe von Glibenclamid bei Alloxan induzierten, stark zuckerkranken Ratten vermindert den Gehalt freier Fettsäuren im Blutplasma. Kein entsprechend antilipolytischer Effekt wurde bei Wiederholung des Experimentes beobachtet, wenn Chlorpropamid und Tolbutamid hundertfach stärker als Glibenclamid verabreicht wurde.     

全国自然科学名词审定委员会1990年第二次常委会会议纪要

全国自然科学名词审定委员会于1990年3月13日在京召开了第二次常委会。会议由主任委员钱三强同志主持。首先听取了副主任委员黄昭厚同志关于“全国自然科学名词审定委员会第二届委员会全体会议纪要”的说明,以及2月10日召开的技术科学口全国委员扩大会,讨论如何开展技术科学部分学科的名词审定工作和今后四年名词审定规划的汇报。钱三强同志在会上的讲话,着重提到宋健和钱伟长等领导同志在第二届委员会全体会议上对我们提出的殷切希望及对名词工作的要求;同时谈到目前促进海峡两岸统一,出现的良好趋势和港台学术名词统一的重要性。他强调指出继续出好海外版的政治意义,以及名词工作要适应国民经济建设的需要,对一些急需的学科新词尽快试点,公布试行本或草案本。会议围绕上述内容进行了认真讨论,副主任林振申同志等和部分常委的代表对“纪要”提出了一些修改意见和对今后工作的建议。这次会议决定：1.通过了“全国自然科学名词审定委员会第二届委员会全体会议纪要”(全文另附)。2.今后四年(1990－1993年)的名词审定规划如下：1990年审定公布遗传学、生理学、海洋科学、测绘学、生物物理学、生物化学、古生物学等名词。1991年审定公布力学、化学、自动化、电子学、细胞学、植物学、地质学、农学、石油科学、解剖学、医学(二)。1992年审定公布数学、医学(三)、物理(二)、动物学、组织胚胎学、计算机、自然辩证法、计量学、航海学、化工、化学命名原则、水产科学。1993年审定公布下列名词的一部分：自然科学史、昆虫学、土木、建筑、煤炭、冶金、铁道、水利、航空航天、机械(一)、电力、畜牧兽医、医学(四)、药学、中医、针灸、天文(二)、大气(二)。四年计划出40本,年均10本。每年公布的名词在年度计划中作具体安排落实。3.根据人力、财力情况陆续组织出版海外版(繁体字本)。4.以计算机学科为试点,探讨新词的审定与公布方式。5.技术科学名词的审定要注意与有关国家标准的术语协调统一,除个别必须改动的词作慎重讨论修改外,一般不作更动。6.加强对已公布的名词的宣传贯彻工作,建议由国家科委、中国科学院、国家教委和国家新闻出版署联合发文贯彻。
