高校新校区筹资模式与风险规避分析

随着我国高等教育大众化进程，高校为适应外部及内部迫切需要进行了大规模的新校区建设。不同高校在选择新校区筹资模式时，体现了不同的教育思想，一些高校形成了独特的筹资模式。但部分高校在建设新校区过程中贪大求全、不切实际，沉重的借贷负担凸现出风险。因此就新校区筹资模式进行了分析，并就高校、政府及银行的责任与风险提出相关思考。

试论人类活动对生物资源的影响

生物资源是人类生存环境的重要组成部分,是人类赖以生活的物质基础。本文探讨了人类活动对生物资源直接和间接的影响,指出人类的许多经济和社会活动已对生物资源构成了严重威胁,如毁林开荒、乱捕滥猎、盲目引种、人口剧增、环境污染等。只有尽快采取措施,制定政策法规,加强宣传教育,积极保护环境和生物资源,人类才能与大自然合谐统一、健康持续发展下去。     

节水灌溉条件下冬小麦生长期田间氮素迁移转化试验

在节水灌溉的条件下,通过田间现场试验测定了冬小麦生长期田间土壤中铵氮、硝态氮含量的动态分布,分析了田间土壤中氮素的迁移转化规律,为合理施肥提供科学依据。试验结果表明,冬小麦耕层中的营养氮素含量以硝态氮为主,约占８５％多,除用施肥的方法为植物生长提供一定的氮素以外,土壤本底的含量,特别是土壤中有机氮矿化后的无机氮也是植物营养氮素的一个重要来源,在节水灌溉的条件下,冬小麦生长季节硝态氮的深层渗漏微乎其微,但是冬小麦收割后根层中仍有大量的硝态氮,如不合理利用会在汛期因大量降水造成肥料的大量流失,并对地下水构成潜在的威胁。

开发了应用输运理论方法的两套程序系统：蒙特卡罗－燃耗程序系统和输运－燃耗程序系统。针对蒙特卡罗程序不能计算燃料的同位素成分变化，提出将它和燃耗计算程序耦合以完成燃耗计算。燃耗程序所使用的单群截面由蒙特卡罗程序计算。将用于常规反应堆的计算方法和策略推广到输运－燃耗程序系统，这使得计算步序大大简化，并改进了精度。对加速器驱动次临界系统的基准题进行了校核计算，其结果和其他国家的计算结果符合良好，这表明所提出的计算方法与程序系统是成功的。
