高等师范学生教师职业技能训练及培养模式新论

高等师范学生的教师职业技能训练,自国家1995年《教师资格条例》颁布以来,虽在全国有关高校一度出现好的势头,但很快被我国高校扩招的形势冲淡了,目前情况令人担忧。因此,在我国高等教育发展的新形势下,从宏观上构建高等师范学生教师职业技能培养模式应是当务之急。

Fairclough三维框架结合语言学和社会学理论,以解构的方式解读话语。以该框架为基础,对米歇尔·奥巴马2012年民主党大会演讲的批评话语分析发现,米歇尔在话语中动态建构了多重身份,在刻意突出其“母亲”和“第一夫人”身份的同时,忽略其种族身份。在米歇尔身份建构的背后隐藏着具有欺骗性的价值观和意识形态,目的是赢得选民、媒体的信任和认同。     

Multi-objective dynamic detection of seeds based on machine vision

An approach to inspecting massive numbers of moving seeds was studied based on the techniques of dynamic inspection and machine vision. A progressive scanning CCD camera with external trigger function was used for real-time capture of dynamic images of seeds. The methods based on R channel of RGB (Red, Green and Blue) and region-dependent segmentation were adopted to reduce the data size of image processing and improve the efficiency of seeds inspection. All the seeds were sorted into four grades according to their morphological characteristics, such as surface area, perimeter, major axis, minor axis, circularity and eccentricity. The detection experiments indicated that the eligible ratio of the classifications was about 81.90% by this real-time inspection system.

Using Acoustic Emissions to Detect Damage in Three-Dimensional Braided Composites

Three-dimensioual(3D)braided composites with better properties have been used in some particular industries.Some have had obvious signs of crack when they are braided.Others have had catastrophic failures occuring without warning.A new methodology for the analysis of failure modes in composite materials by means of acoustic emission techniques has been developed.The occurrence of fiber-breakage during tensile loading tests has been observed by the acoustic emission technology.Using acoustic emission technology is investigated as a means of monitoring 3D braided composites structures,detecting damage,and predicting impending damage.Stone of the findings of the research project were presented.     

Coordinating pricing and inventory decisions in a bounded production system with uncertain yield

Most inventory researches assume that production level can fluctuate arbitrarily. However, large fluctuation of the production level in many firms may be much costly. This paper addresses the coordinating pricing and inventory control problem in a bounded production system with uncertain yield, in which the production level is constrained between a maximum and minimum level in each period and the price can be adjusted dynamically. We show that the optimal policy is the interval base-stock-list-price policy. Also, we study the impact of the production bounds and uncertainty of the yield on the production system. Numerical experiments are also performed to study the impact of parameters on the system.     

The M/PH/1 queue with working vacations and vacation interruption

We study an M/PH/1 queue with phase type working vacation and vacation interruption where the vacation time follows a phase type distribution. The server serves the customers at a lower rate in a vacation period. The server comes back to the regular busy period at a service completion without completing the vacation. Such policy is called vacation interruption. In terms of quasi birth and death process and matrix-geometric solution method, we obtain the stationary queue length distribution. Moreover we obtain the conditional stochastic decomposition structures of queue length and waiting time when the service time distribution in the regular busy period is exponential.     

Multilevel Innovation in Remote Networked Schools

Small remote rural schools in Quebec face an ongoing challenge to provide similar quality educational services than bigger schools. Since 2002, the Remote Network Schools (RNS) initiative afforded schools the opportunity to reinvent their practice by using online tools to experience collaborative learning activities with other remote schools. Teachers and students experienced quality learning and demonstrated agency by implementing the RNS in their context. Measures include: diversity of learning activities, quality of online classroom interactions, changes in teacher beliefs, and shifts in teacher and student roles. Our results show that it is a viable operating method for such schools and that other schools could contemplate implementing such innovative practices.
