铜陵输电线路鸟害防治策略分析

对铜陵地区输电线路2005年到2011年的鸟害故障进行了统计分析，阐述了输电线路鸟害的成因、发生规律及现有防鸟害措施。在总结多年防治鸟害故障措施的基础上，提出了绿色防鸟的综合防治策略，有效地兼顾了输电线路鸟害防治及环境的保护。     

Behavioural and morphological dimorphism of the sexes: an account of two primitively eusocial wasps

In social Hymenoptera, foraging, nest building, brood care and all other colony maintenance functions are carried out by the females while males function solely as reproductives. This asymmetry in social roles of the two sexes has led social insect researchers to focus almost exclusively on the females whereas males have remained relatively neglected. We studied two sympatric, primitively eusocial wasps, Ropalidia marginata and Ropalidia cyathiformis, and compared the morphological and behavioural profiles of males and females. Males of both species are smaller in size and weigh less compared to females. Males of the two species live in the nest for different durations. Borrowing from the ecological literature we use novel methods to compute and compare behavioural diversity and behavioural richness and show that females of both species are behaviourally richer and more diverse than the males.     

V-BLAST-based demodulate-and-forward two-way relaying： protocol design and the detection

We propose a novel vertical Bell Laboratories layered space-time (V-BLAST) based two-way relaying protocol that comprises two user terminals and one multi-antenna demodulate-and-forward (DMF) relay station. We consider the situation when these two user terminals employ different modulation types and investigate its detection techniques. The key feature of the detection techniques is that we quantify decision reliability at the relay station by introducing a so-called normalized correlation coefficient (CORR), rather than having full confidence in demodulation at the relay station. With the assistance of the normalized correlation coefficient, we develop detection methods at both the relay station and user terminals. In particular, we propose a CORR-based ordering algorithm at the relay station which can be applied to detection for general V-BLAST architectures. Simulation results demonstrate the superiority of the CORR-based ordering algorithm over the conventional signal-to-noise based ordering algorithm. Finally, we demonstrate overall error-performance of the V-BLAST-based DMF two-way relaying protocol via simulations.     

风头鸊鷉的繁殖生态

风头鸊鷉每年3月初迁来乌梁素海,10月末11月初离去.它们在蒲苇地营水面浮巢,巢材主要为苇茎,蒲叶和水草,巢的外径65cm,内径17cm,深3.5cm。窝卵数3～5枚,平均4枚,日产一枚卵圆形污白色卵。卵径平均36.39×54.87mm,卵重37.89。     

Morphological variability and genetic diversity in five species of Skeletonema （Bacillariophyta）

Twelve strains of Skeletonema from Chinese coastal waters and another strain from the West Sea of Korea were examined using light microscopy （LM）, scanning and transmission electron microscopy （SEM, TEM）, and small subunit （SSU） rDNA sequence analysis. We identified four species of Skeletonema： S. marinoi Sarno et Zingone, S. subsalsum （A.Cleve） Bethge, S. dohrnii Sarno et Kooistra, S. trop- icum Cleve, as well as a Skeletonerna-like species. These are the first records of S. rnarinoi, S. dohrnii and S. subsalsurn in China. The Skeletonema-like species, MMDLS067, was isolated from the estuary of the Changjiang River. The morphologic and phylogenetic characteristics of this species are not correspond to those of any previously published Skeletonerna species. The intercalary fultoportula pro- cesses （IFPPs） has long open tubes, and the intercalary rimoportula process （IRP） is short and located inside the rim of the IFPPs. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that MMDL5630 clustered with S. tropicurn in the NJ and MP trees, but its IRPs differed from those of previously described specimens of S. tropicum. The IRP is partially open, with an elongated opening at the base of the tube, and is longer than the IFPPs. Some specimens of S. marinoi and S. dohrnii also have longer tubular IRPs than the IFPPs. Compared to pre- viously described specimens of S. rnar＆oi and S. dohrnii, these two specimens we identified have shorter IRPs. Our results reflect the ambiguity and diversity of Skeletonema taxonomy. They are also significant for the future identification and management of red tides caused by Skeletonerna in the seas around China.

用微卫星技术研究珠江流域三个野生大眼鳜群体的遗传多样性

采用微卫星标记技术,探讨了广西右江、左江及红水河三江段野生大眼鳜群体的遗传多样性。采用生物信息学方法,自主开发了4对大眼鳜微卫星DNA引物,此外,还从28对鳜属微卫星通用引物中筛选出15对,19对标记均表现为高度多态性。对32尾右江(YJ)、35尾左江(ZJ)及36尾红水河(HSH)三地理群体野生大眼鳜进行遗传多样性分析,总群体的固定指数Fix范围为0.001 4~1.000,表明19个位点在总群体内表现为杂合子缺失,其对环境的应对能力有所下降。遗传参数统计结果表明,总群体观测等位基因数(Na=19.4737)、香农指数(I=2.399 8)、平均杂合度(Ave Het=0.720 6)、多态信息含量(0.447PIC0.947)均显示:在哈温平衡下,大眼鳜3群体遗传多样性丰富;但3群体遗传多样性存在差异,红水河群体的遗传多样性比左江群体、右江群体的遗传多样性丰富,左江和右江群体的遗传多样性水平较为接近。群体间遗传分化水平较大(0.15群体间近交系数Fst=0.153 90.25),15.39%的遗传变异来自于群体间,84.61%的遗传变异来自于群体内,群体内近交系数Fis为0.576 1,各座位的基因流Nm分布范围较广(0.147 4~8.909 1),平均Nm值为1.374 5,表明3群体间属于中等遗传分化水平,基因流基本顺畅,群体内的近交系数较高,容易引起遗传结构的变化。基于Nei's遗传距离的聚类分析显示左江群体与右江群体首先聚为一支,再与红水河聚为一支,符合其在地理位置上的关系。     

改进的新颖全局和声搜索算法

为了提高和声搜索算法的寻优性能,提出了改进的新颖全局和声搜索(INGHS)算法.通过差分向量范数定义和声记忆库多样性,以和声记忆库的多样性信息为指导实现位置动态更新,并结合变异操作更新和声记忆库.算法采用动态位置更新策略产生新和声,在寻优早期具有较好的全局搜索性能,在寻优后期具有较好的局部搜索性能,提高了算法跳出局部最优的能力.利用7个标准测试函数对所提算法与目前已知文献中优秀的改进HS算法进行性能测试,测试结果表明所提算法具有较好的寻优性能.
