湘中丘陵地区乡村文化景观的演化及其机理分析

乡村文化景观的演化是在当地的自然环境条件下,由于乡村地区的经济、社会、文化、人口等因素的变化所引起的.为了研究最近20多年来湘中丘陵地区的乡村文化景观的演化,本文通过典型调查的方法,对湘中地区的一典型自然村落进行了深入的调查研究,发现湘中丘陵地区乡村文化景观演化主要表现在聚落景观的空间演化、基础设施变化、房屋类型变化及土地利用类型变化等方面,同时还试图从农业生产方式、生活娱乐方式、家庭与人口以及收入水平与来源等方面分析其形成机理,最后本文从文化景观的角度出发为新农村建设提出了若干建议,认为现代化的农业生产方式、健康的生活娱乐方式、合理的家庭与人口结构以及较高的收入水平是建设新农村景观的基本条件.     

《奥林匹克2020议程：奥运会新规范》改革关键点及北京冬奥会的践行策略研究

《奥林匹克2020议程：奥运会新规范》（《新规范》）是当前国际奥委会系列改革的前沿指导文件，对北京冬奥会具有重要的指导价值。文章在进行《新规范》文本解析的基础上，归纳出《新规范》的五个改革关键点：降低办奥成本、优化遗产举措、促进组织善治、提升品牌影响、改善服务水平。鉴于当前北京冬奥会的筹办进展与现实需求，论文探讨了北京冬奥会后续系列工作对改革关键点的践行策略：规划场馆后续运营、能源消耗与资金利用的行动方案；不断完善遗产发展方案，确保遗产与城市协调发展；促进利益相关者的协同参与，提升赛事治理能力；借鉴国内外优秀经验，制定本土文化教育战略；围绕服务体系的核心领域，不断提升赛事水准。     

苦皮藤中新骨架生物碱1,3-氧氮杂环已烷化合物的抗癌活性

从杀虫植物苦皮藤中分离得到两个新骨架生物碱 ,被命名为 1 ,3—氧氮杂环已烷化合物A、B。它们的生物活性被美国国际卫生和抗癌研究中心 (NCI)筛选。通过体外定向肿瘤筛选 ,9个不同种类的 60个细胞株毒理实验结果表明 ,化合物生物碱B显示温和的细胞抗癌活性 ,抗非小细胞肺癌 (NCI—H2 3) ,抑癌细胞生长率GI50 =3.0× 1 0 - 5m(9.6μg/mL)。生物碱A的细胞毒理正在筛选中     

New Acanthodrilus species from New Caledonia (Clitellata,Megadrili, Acanthodrilidae)

A survey to explore the earthworm fauna of New Caledonia was carried out between 14 January 2014 and 2 April 2014. Altogether, 24 earthworm species were recorded, of which eight belong to the native genus Acanthodrilus including four species new to science, Acanthodrilus barrieri, A. doanus, A. millei and A. ouenghianus spp. nov., raising the number of Acanthodrilus species in New Caledonia to 29. The 16 recorded peregrine species are distributed among five families, namely Benhamiidae (5 spp.), Eudrilidae (1 sp.), Megascolecidae (8 spp.), Moniligastridae (1 sp.) and Rhinodrilidae (1 sp.).

A revision of the genus Metallolophia Warren (Lepidoptera,Geometridae, Geometrinae)

The Geometrine genus Metallolophia is revised. In addition to the 11 species known, five new species are described as new. All the known species are redescribed and lectotypes are designated for M. opalina (Warren), M. arenaria (Leech) and M. danielaria (Oberthür) (=M. arenaria (Leech)). The male of M. ocellata (Warren) and the females of M. medullosa Inoue and M. devecisi Herbulot are described for the first time. The generic characters based on all species are summarized and a key to all taxa is given. Illustrations of moths and genitalia are presented. The new and revised taxa are: Metallolophia purpurivenata sp. nov., Metallolophia cuneataria sp. nov., Metallolophia inanularia sp. nov., Metallolophia flavomaculata sp. nov., Metallolophia stueningi sp. nov. and Metallolophia ostrumaria Xue, syn. nov. (of Metallolophia albescens Inoue).     

Scale insects of the families Asterolecaniidae and Eriococcidae (Hemiptera: Coccoidea) in New Caledonia

The scale insect families Asterolecaniidae and Eriococcidae are discussed from New Caledonia. One new genus Oacoccus gen. nov., and a new species Oacoccus nothofagi sp. nov. on Nothofagus sp., are described in the Asterolecaniidae, and a new species Eriococcus millei sp. nov. is described in the Eriococcidae. A new genus Rhopalotococcus gen. nov., and two new species Rhopalotococcus dugdalei sp. nov. and Rhopalotococcus metrosideri sp. nov., are also described in the Eriococcidae. Both species induce leaf galls on Metrosideros sp. Keys are provided for all the New Caledonian genera and species in the families Asterolecaniidae and Eriococcidae.     

Making sense of Day 1 of the Two New Sciences: Galileo’s Aristotelian-inspired agenda and his Jesuit readers

This study proposes an explanation for the choice of topics Galileo addressed in Day 1 of his 1638 Two New Sciences, a section of the work which has long puzzled historians of science. I argue that Galileo’s agenda in Day 1, that is the topics he discusses and the questions he poses, was shaped by contemporary teaching commentaries on Books 3 through 8 of Aristotle’s Physics. Building on the insights and approach of theorists of reader reception, I confirm this interpretation by examining the response of professors of natural philosophy at the Jesuit Collegio Romano to Galileo’s text.     

Redescription of Gordius paranensis Camerano, 1892 (Nematomorpha), a species new for New Zealand

We describe nematomorph specimens from New Zealand and compare them to museum specimens of Gordius paranensis Camerano, 1892 from Chile. Although specimens from New Zealand and Chile vary from each other, especially in body dimensions and coloration, literature data on other South American specimens of G. paranensis correspond to the New Zealand specimens which are therefore considered to belong to this species. A conspicuous character of G. paranensis is a precloacal, parabolic row of bristles that has been observed elsewhere only in G. difficilis (Montgomery, 1898).
