“加味八珍滋补肉食香料”扶正固本作用试验研究

本文应用小鼠增重试验、游泳试验、常压耐缺氧试验、微核试验及毒性试验对“加味八珍滋补肉食香料”的扶正固本作用进行了试验研究,以观察其增加体重、增强体力、抗应激能力、致突变及毒性等作用。结果表明:“加味八珍滋补肉食香料”具有明显提高小鼠增重量、增强体力及抗应激能力的作用,并未发现对小鼠有致突变作用及毒性反应。     

Effect of intercalating mutagens on crossing-over inDrosophila melanogaster females

Summary In order to evaluate the effect of several intercalating compounds on crossing-over inDrosophila melanogaster females, acridine orange, acriflavine, chloroquine, ethidium bromide and quinacrine were fed separately to larvae ofy ct f/+++ genotype. Our results show that acridine orange, acriflavine and ethidium bromide increase significantly the recombination frequency at thect-f region and support the view that, for intercalating agents, there is a relationship between clastogenic activity and female recombination induction.

几种抗肿瘤药物对ODC的抑制作用

本文报道用酸滴定法定量测定鼠伤寒沙门氏菌鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性的方法。测定了丝裂霉素、“776”香菇多糖、博来霉素、米托葸醌、顺氨氯铂、安瘤乳口服液、环磷酰胺等抗肿瘤药物对鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性的抑制作用。此外,还测定了丝裂霉素,“776”香菇多糖、博来霉素三种抗肿瘤药物对鸟氨酸脱羧酶活性抑制作用的动力学类型。     

Isometachromin,a new cytotoxic sesquiterpenoid from a deep water sponge of the family Spongiidae

Isometachromin (1), a new sesquiterpene-quinone that is related structurally to metachromin C (2), and the known compounds ilimaquinone (3) and and 5-epi-ilimaquinone (4), were isolated from a deep water sponge in the family Spongiidae; the structure of isometachromin was elucidated by spectral methods. Isometachromin exhibits in vitro cytotoxicity against the human lung cancer cell line A 549 (IC₅₀=2.6 g/ml), but not against P 388 murine leukemia (IC₅₀10 g/ml) and also exhibits antimicrobial activity.This research is Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institution (HBOI) contribution number 911. 1,4—二取代氨基脲的合成及抗菌活性

通过芳基脲与苯肼、苯甲酰肼的亲核取代反应和芳肼与尿素的亲核取代反应，合成了１５种新的１，４—二取代氨基脲化合物，其结构已经元素分析、ＩＲ、ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ等确证．初步生物活性试验表明对短小杆菌、沙门氏杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及根霉有不同程度的抗菌作用     

库布齐沙地土壤的生物学活性研究

测定分析了库布齐沙地土壤的酶活性，呼吸作用强度和微生物生物量，结果表明：沙地结皮层有较高的生物学活性，它们的垂直分布地区特性，并与其它肥力因素有关。     

稀土钙钛矿型L_aM_nO_(3 λ)催化剂的结构及对水汽转化反应活性的对比研究

在真空和空气氛中合成了两个稀土复合氧化物LaMnO3和LaMnO3.12，利用XROD测定了其晶体结构，并利用随机程序TREOR计算了晶胞参数，测试了对水汽转化反应的催化活性。并与铁铬中变催化剂进行了比较。初步解释了催化活性与结构的关系，并对其反应机理进行了推测。认为该反应属表面内反应。催化剂的晶格氧参与了反应。     

Organic solvents enhanced spectrofluorimetric method for determination of laccase activity

A novel fluorimetric method for determination of laccase activity in organic solvents is proposed, based on the oxidation ofo-phenylenediamine (1,2-diaminobenzene, OPDA) catalyzed by laccase yielding 2,3-diaminophenazine. The optimal conditions for laccase in organic media areT=55°C, pH=6.5, 1.0×10⁻²mol/L OPDA, 1.25 mL ethanol, 1.25 mL 1,4-dioxane and 1.25 mL acetone. The linear range of the method proposed in ethanol, 1,4-dioxane and acetone media were 0.44–19.33, 0.11–20.85, 0.38–21.05 U with the detection limit of 0.088, 0.022, 0.076 U, respectively. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of laccase activity of real samples with more accurate and sensitive than that of the previous method reported.
