Introduction of rice chitinase gene into wheat via low energy Ar+ beam implantation

A chitinase gene (RCH8) in plasmid vector pCAMBIA1308 was delivered into 3 wheat cultivars (Yangmai 158, Wan 9210, Wanmai 32) by low energy Ar⁺ beam-mediated method. Preliminary calli from treated mature embryos were first selected on hygromycin (Hm, 20 or 30 mg/L) containing medium. After the resistant calli formed, they were transferred to the regeneration medium with 10 or 20 mg/L Hm. All the three wheat varieties obtained transgenic plants. PCR and PCR-Southern assays showed that most plants regenerated from the resistant calli were positive transgenic plants. Southern blot of the positive green plants confirmed stable integration of alien DNA into wheat genome. The plant transformation frequencies varied with the variety and ion dose implanted. Wanmai 32 possessed the highest transformation frequency, reaching 3.8% at a suitable implantation dose. The transformation frequency of Yangmai 158 and Wan 9210 varied from 0.5% to 2.5% and from 0.5% to 1.4%, respectively. Progeny test for resistance to wheat scab showed that the leaf extract of R₁ generation inhibited the growth of wheat scab strain R₀ and F₁₅.     

The effects of the synthetic nocistatin on blood vessel activities

Nocistatin was synthesized by the solid-phase peptide synthesis method. Its effects on rat systemic arterial pressure; rat hindquarter vascular bed resistance; tension of rabbit pectoral, abdominal, femoral aorta muscle strips without endothelium; and nociceptin induced decreases of rat systemic arterial pressure were determined. The results showed that nocistatin can increase the systemic arterial pressure, increase the hindquarter vascular bed resistance and induce the contraction significantly of abdominal, femoral aorta muscle strips without endotheiium; it has no significant effect on tension of pectoral aorta muscle strips, it cannot antagonize significantly the decrease of rat systemic arterial pressure induced by nociceptin. These results suggest that nocistatin has some important effects on blood vessel activities.

探讨了一种新型内、外转子啮合的压缩机结构,以短幅外摆线的内等距线为内转子型线进行了典型分析,说明内、外转子型线的形成,并提出了一种工作容积的准确计算方法,分析结果表明：内、外转子型线互为共轭曲线;外转子圆弧齿的啮合是在一定范围内进行的。工作容积的计算结果表明：当齿数比为6：7时,工作腔容积随主轴转角的关系7π/3为周期变化。最后,还对这种新型压缩机与滚动活塞压缩机的空间利用率进行了比较,结果表明两者基本相当。这些结果为进一步研究这处结构压缩机的相关质打出了基础。     

不可逆斯特林热泵的优化性能

建立以理想气体或范德瓦尔斯气体为工质的不可逆斯特林热泵模型,考虑热阻、回热损失及回热过程时间对斯特林泵热泵的影响,导出泵热率与性能系数间的优化关系,并讨论了斯特林热泵的其它优化性能。     

Sialon/SiC复相材料的高温氧化行为

研究了以粘土直接合成Sialon/SiC复相材料的氧化行为,以及Sialon相含量、氧化温度和氧化时间对氧化过程的影响·结果表明,Sialon/SiC复相材料的氧化速度与温度成正比、与时间的平方根成正比·Sialon相的抗氧化性优于SiC相·这种材料的氧化反应是一种钝化反应,具有较好的抗氧化性,Sialon相含量的增加能提高材料的抗氧化性·

葡萄抗霜霉病基因RAPD标记的序列分析

用WizardDNAClean upSystem纯化葡萄抗霜霉病基因RAPD遗传标记OPO 0 6 - 150 0片段 ,用T easyVector克隆RAPD标记 ,采用自动荧光DNA测序仪 (型号ABI 377DNASe quencer)测定了该DNA片段的核苷酸组成及其排列顺序 .来自中国野葡萄的RAPD标记OPO 0 6- 150 0从左右两端各测了 586bp和 4 52bp .对两端序列的酶切位点进行了分析 .根据两端序列可以设计专一PCR扩增引物作为合成抗霜霉病检测探针的基础 ,用于检测葡萄抗病育种和抗病品种的霜霉病抗性 .     

紫外光固化抗静电涂料的研制

将紫外光固化涂料技术与抗静电技术相结合,研制了一种由光敏树脂、光敏交联剂、光引发剂、抗静电剂等组成的紫外光固化抗静电涂料,探讨了光引发剂的种类和用量与紫外光固化性能的关系,并对抗静电剂种类和添加量与涂膜抗静电性能的关系进行了研究。结果表明,所得紫外光固化抗静电涂料固化速度快,附着力强。涂膜抗静电性能优良,具有耐擦洗性。     

重力坝深层抗滑稳定的可靠性分析

对于地基中存在软弱结构面的重力坝 ,考虑软弱结构面的实际走向与坝轴线斜交的情况 ,计入侧向阻力的作用 ,通过等安全系数法的公式建立求解重力坝深层抗滑稳定性可靠指标 β的力学模型 ,并结合工程进行深层抗滑稳定的可靠度分析 .     

磁流变液沉降稳定性改进及对流变性能的影响

对影响磁流变液沉降稳定性的颗粒表面性质、固／液界面性质和大小颗粒之间相互作用等因素进行了实验研究和探讨,实验结果表明：磁流变悬浮液体的稳定性取决于固相颗粒这间的静电排斥作用或固－液界面分子构型所产生的空间阻效应;对于颗粒径度较大的分散体系,通过改善粒子表面的结构,依靠体系的结构力学性质改善粗大颗粒悬浮液体的沉降稳定性。
