无线通信系统模块化设计标准体系的研究

根据通信装备模块化的需求，按照全新无线通信系统设计理念，提出了无线通信系统模块化设计标准体系，论述了该标准体系建立的必要性，分别定义了标准体系中各项标准的名称、目的以及要求，分析了各标准之间的相互关系，明确了标准应该涉及的内容。在对无线通信系统模块化设计标准体系研究的基础上，形成了硬件体系结构标准、软件体系结构标准和安全体系结构标准，通过对软件体系结构标准进一步细化，形成了软件平台接口标准和应用程序接口标准。     

冻土墙墙体时空扩展过程中热能消耗的有限元分析

用于人工冻土墙形成过程相关计算的Sanger—Sayles经验公式是，Fourier热传导方程在单值热物理参数轴对称条件下的求解结果，对结构形成过程中冻结管吸热的计算采用了不合理的温度分布假设，计算结果不能令人满意。运用有限元分析程序，完成了对热物理参数非线性变化土体材料的人工冻结过程的计算分析，模拟了冻土墙时空扩展过程，研究了土体内的温度分布以及能量消耗等问题，在此基础上推导出的关于冻结过程的能量消耗计算的一般形式，对人工冻土墙的工程设计具有重要的指导意义。

讨论系统数字频响分析中的线性、时不变、因果、稳定、奇偶虚实分解及其对应等推导求解的条件,明确了如何正确应用这些条件.     

Optimal Dispatching of Large—scale Water Supply System

This paper deals with the use of optimal control techniques in large-scale water distribution networks. According to the network characteristics and actual state of the water supply system in China, the implicit model, which may be solved by utilizing the hierarchical optimization method,is established. In special, based on the analyses of the water supply system containing variable-speed pumps, a software tool has been developed successfully. The application of this model to the city of Shenyang (China) is compared to experiential strategy. The results of this study show that the developed model is a very promising optimization method to control the large-scale water sup-ply systems.     

双语制对语言本身及社会生活的影响:以壮族地区为例

以壮族地区双语制为主要考察对象,提供新的材料,并从新的角度进行探讨。结论要点是:一是壮族地区双语现象的量化分析结果;二是双语制给壮语语音、词汇、语法系统带来了明显的影响;三是双语制给汉语有关方言的语音、词汇、语法系统也带来了明显的影响;四是双语制需要有与之相适应的语文政策。     

In-vehicle GPS/DR navigation system development and test results in Singapore

This paper introduces the in-car navigation system prototype development and test results under the context of Singapore. In the system, integrated GPS/DR is used for continuous vehicle positioning. A digital road network map database is built for the whole Singapore. The database is designed to support map matching, route determination, and route guidance functions. The prototype system demonstrates GPS positioning of the vehicle in real-time, tracking the vehicle onto a digital map with fix updates every one or two seconds.With the map matched vehicle location on the map, voice and/or text guidance is provide to the driver. The vehicle position can also be transferred to control centre through communication data link for the purpose of fleet management.     

Disaster Reduction Decision Support System Against Debris Flows and Landslides Along Highway in Mountainous Area

Highways in mountainous areas are easy to be damaged by such natural disasters as debris flows and landslides and disaster reduction decision support system (DRDSS) is one of the important means to mitigate these disasters. Guided by the theories and technologies of debris flow and landslide reduction and supported by geographical information system (GIS), remote sensing and database techniques, a DRDSS against debris flow and landslide along highways in mountainous areas has been established on the basis of such principles as pertinence, systematicness, effectiveness, easy to use, open and expandability. The system consists of database, disaster analysis models and decisions on reduction of debris flows and landslides, mainly functioning to zone disaster dangerous degree, analyze debris flow activity,simulate debris flow deposition and diffusion, analyze landslide stability, select optimal highway renovation scheme and plan disaster prevention and control ergineering. This system has been applied successfully to the debris flow and landslide treatment works along Palongzangbu Section of Sichuan-Tibet Highway.

Inhibitory effect of the adenovirus type 5 E1A protein expressed in the yeast system of the human tumor cell growth

Adenovirus 5 type E1A as a tumor suppressor gene can inhibit tumor growth and enhance the censitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.E1A have the ability to integrate into the host genome,resulting in long-time expres-sion that induces Rb gene inactivation and animal cells im-mortalization.This prompted us to select the E1A protein for treatment of cancer in order to overcome the limitations of E1A gene therapy.Thus,we firstly comstructed E1A eu-caryotic expression vector (pPIC9/E1A),transformated the pichia pastoris yeast cells(GS115) and screened the high-expressing recombinant strains.The positive yeast strains were cultured in the shake flask,and induced for 3d.The crude E1A protein was purified using two steps of col-umu chromatography on HiTrap Q and HiTrap SP.The pu-rified E1A protein was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot.E1A protein was mostly located at cellular unclear when Cheriot delivered E1A protein into cells.The analysis in vitro indicated that the E1A protein arrested LN686 cell cycle at G2/M phase,and significantly inhibited the growth of LN686 tumor cells.The current studies firstly provided an experimental basis to further develop E1A protein for tumor treatment.
