可持续发展视阈下产业结构调整与转型路径分析——以辽宁省为例

辽宁省经济在增速减缓的同时,给资源与环境所带来的累积负面效应也不断涌现。在此背景下,辽宁省必将面临着新一轮的产业结构调整和优化升级。本文通过梳理和分析辽宁省产业结构的演进历程,基于三次产业宏观经济数据,深入剖析辽宁省产业结构亟待解决的问题,结合辽宁省产业结构发展现状和未来方向,分别从地区产业偏离度、技术创新主导的产业结构优化与资源环境约束下产业转型3个层面,阐释了辽宁省产业结构调整与转型升级的必要性以及具体实施策略和路径的可行性,为辽宁省制定可持续发展战略提供决策参考。     

Phytolith analysis of Naminan archaeological site in Jinghong City,Yunnan Province

The global climate underwent tremendous changes during the transition from the Last Glacial Period to the Holocene. At almost the same time, human society transitioned from the Paleolithic to the Neolithic. Therefore, the relationship between climate change and human activity during this period has become a research hotspot.Yunnan Province is a region with a great abundance of Paleolithic archaeological sites in China; however, Neolithic sites are relatively few. There has also been relatively little research on paleoclimatic conditions during the Paleolithic-Neolithic transition in Yunnan. Phytoliths, as a highly durable and long-lasting form of plant microfossils, can be an important means for reconstructing paleoclimates. In this study, we examined the Naminan site in Jinghong, which was occupied during the transitional period from the Paleolithic to Neolithic. Based on our analysis of the phytolith record at Naminan, we reconstructed the climatic conditions for each of the archaeological strata and discussed possible human activities. The results show that Naminan experienced a sequence of warming followed by cooling and warming, which is consistent with previous paleoclimate research in other areas of Yunnan Province.

Elements enrichment characteristics in interfacial transition zone of MgO concrete

Microscopic techniques were employed to investigate element enrichment characteristics in the vicinity of the interfacial transition zone (ITZ) of MgO concrete. Results indicated that the morphology of products of hydration in ITZ was similar to the cement matrix but different by amount, size and crystal features. Elements Ca, Si, Al and Mg were obviously enriched in ITZ and uniformity of their distribution grew with age. MgO was non-uniformly distributed in concrete, accounting for 8.47% and 4.53% respectively in paste and ITZ area despite of fully mixture in construction, yet MgO showed inclination of migrating towards ITZ area with indepth hydration and the gap in between was mit-igated from 3.94% at 7 d to 1.31% at 240 d so far as 5% of light-burnt MgO was incorporated .

基于余弦滚降特性的IIR余弦调制滤波器组的设计

提出一种新的近似完全重构因果稳定的IIR余弦调制滤波器组的设计方法.基于所定义的一种IIR余弦滚降原型滤波器,滤波器组所要求的平坦条件完全被满足.在预先给定极点值的条件下,滤波器组的设计问题可以写成一个凸极大极小优化问题,从而采用二阶锥规划法求解.求出的滤波器组具有合理的完全重构误差,且原型滤波器的多相因子的分母相同,简化了完全重构条件.采用该滤波器组作为约束非线性优化法的有效初值,进一步优化得到完全重构IIR余弦滤波器组.

Pyroelectric spectrum in Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 antiferroelectric-ferroelectric ceramics

The pyroelectric effect of phase transition induced with temperature in Nb-modified Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O₃ antiferroelectric-ferroelectric ceramics is studied. Experimental results reveal that the phase transitions are accompanied with marked pyroelectric peaks, there exists the close relation between the type of phase transition and the shape of pyroelectric peak. Because of the variations of phase transition, various pyroelectric spectra result. The pyroelectric spectrum can display the polarization effect and some inferior phase transitions with temperature variations, such as antiferroelectric AFE_A-AFE_B or ferroelectric FE_L-FE_H transition, which are not detected by the conventional dielectric measurement.     

过渡金属杂多钨酸盐的合成、表征及抗结核病菌活性

报道了含过渡金属取代的三元杂多钨酸盐的合成与表征,并对合成配合物进行了抗结核病菌活性实验,发现合成配合物在较低浓度下具有较高的抗结核病菌活性.

分别合成了两种侧链不同的聚肽热致液晶,PDLG和AzoPDLG.两者的主链均为刚直棒状的介晶基元,但PDLG的侧链为柔软的长烷基链,AzoPDLG的侧链则含有刚性的偶氮苯介晶基元和长链的间隔基.利用1H NMR、示差扫描量热分析和偏光显微镜对这些化合物的性质进行了分析与表征,并探讨了不同化学结构的侧链对热致液晶相变行为...
