重庆主城区社区体育的现状调查

采用问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法，对重庆市主城区社区体育现状进行调查，分析了社区居民参加体育活动的内容、时间、地点、形式、规模，以及社区体育的服务管理、设施管理、体育人才管理、体育经营管理系统，并提出了符合实情，可体现地理、环境特点的重庆主城区社区体育发展对策。

在我国高等师范教育进行着诸多改革的背景下 ,分析浙江省高等师范教育现状及面临的问题 ,探讨其改革发展的走向 ,提出了一系列的办学模式和发展思路。

论城市社区体育的大众化

城市社区体育大众化有着深刻的内涵和重要的意义,但也面临着认识偏差、投入不足、人才短缺、中青年居民参与度低等问题,针对这些问题本文提出了提高认识、资金投入、整合现有资源、加紧培养人才、培育体育社团、扶持体育产业等对策.     

Unit roots versus other types of time heterogeneity,parameter time dependence and superexogeneity

This paper stresses the restrictive nature of the standard unit root/cointegration assumptions and examines a more general type of time heterogeneity, which might characterize a number of economic variables, and which results in parameter time dependence and misleading statistical inference. We show that in such cases ‘operational’ models cannot be obtained, and the estimation of time‐varying parameter models becomes necessary. For instance, economic processes subject to endemic change can only be adequately modelled in a state space form. This is a very important point, because unstable models will break down when used for forecasting purposes. We also discuss a new test for the null of cointegration developed by Quintos and Phillips (1993), which is based on parameter constancy in cointegrating regressions. Finally, we point out that, if it is possible to condition on a subset of superexogenous variables, parameter instability can be handled by estimating a restricted system. 张扬个性与为社会、为时代而呐喊——从文士疵瑕与地位谈起

南朝时传统文论常常谈起文士疵瑕，探寻其目的，一是为文士虽有文学成就却地位低下而生遗憾之叹，二是认为所谓文士的疵瑕是由于其从事文学这一特殊的事业而张扬个性所致。在唐代，文士的地位有所提高，传统文论进而鼓吹文学既要张扬个性，又要同社会相结合，为时代而呐喊。

论述了在知识经济条件下，会计工作的重要地位及发展趋势，即会计核算向多方面、高质量、全方位、知识管理、综合化、边缘化等方向发展，对拓展会计工作的内涵和外延、满足现代企业管理有重要的现实意义。     

健康与患黑胫病烟株根内AMF多样性和群落结构差异分析

丛枝菌根真菌（arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF）在烟草生长生理、抗病抗逆等方面具有积极作用.为探明烟株患黑胫病后对根内AMF多样性和群落结构的影响,分别以烟草K326和云烟87健康、感染黑胫病烟株的根部及根际土壤作为研究对象,应用Illumina Miseq高通量测序技术探明烟草根部AMF多样性,采用显微形态观察烟草根内AMF侵染水平和根际土壤孢子密度,并分析土壤理化性质和AMF侵染特征的相关性.高通量测序结果表明在烟草根部共检测出1 655个AMF-OTUs,隶属于1纲4目5科6属,其中,Glomus为云烟87健康烟株根内AMF的优势属,其余样品优势属均为Paraglomus.聚类分析表明两个品种健康烟株根内AMF群落相似性较高,患病植株间根内AMF群落比较类似.侵染结果显示,患病烟株AMF侵染状况与土壤孢子密度均低于健康烟株根际土壤. RDA分析结果表明,全钾是影响AMF孢子密度和侵染状况的主要驱动因子,其次为速效磷和全磷;土壤p H值为烟株根内AMF多样性的主要影响因素,且两者呈负相关;此外,土壤中钾含量对烟草根内AMF群落组成的影响最为明显.研究...     

Energy flow and community structure in freshwater ecosystems

The goal of this article is twofold: 1) It aims at providing an overview on some major results obtained from energy flow studies in individuals, populations, and communities, and 2) it will also focus on major mechanisms explaining community structures. The basis for any biological community to survive and establish a certain population density is on the one hand energy fixation by primary producers together with adequate nutrient supply and the transfer of energy between trophic levels (bottom-up effect). On the other hand, predator pressures may strongly control prey population densities one or more trophic levels below (top-down effect). Other interpopulation effects include competition, chemical interactions and evolutionary genetic processes, which further interact and result in the specific structuring of any community with respect to species composition and population sizes.
