仿棉聚酯纤维针织物的起毛起球性能

以仿棉聚酯纤维纯纺纱、纯棉纱及4种不同混纺比的仿棉聚酯纤维与棉的混纺纱为原料,织成双罗纹针织物,对试样织物的起毛起球性能进行了对比,分析了纤维性能、纱线性能等因素对试样织物起毛起球性能的影响,以此探讨仿棉聚酯纤维针织物的起毛起球性能.结果表明:仿棉聚酯纤维针织物的抗起毛起球性能在一定程度上得到了改善,起毛起球等级与纯棉针织物相近.     

Effect of Starch Dodecenylsuccinylation on the Adhesion and Film Properties of Dodecenylsuccinylated Starch for Polyester Warp Sizing

A series of dodecenylsuccinylated starches（ DSSs） with different degree of substitution（ DS） were prepared via the esterification of dodencenylsuccinic anhydride with hydrolyzed cornstarch in aqueous dispersion for investigating the influences of starch dodecenylsuccinylation upon the performances such as apparent viscosity and surface tension of starch paste, film behaviors,and adhesion to fibers for warp sizing. It was found that the dodecenylsuccinylation was able to reduce the surface tension of cooked starch paste and enhance the adhesion of starch to polyester fibers. It was also capable of depressing the brittleness of native starch and improving the mechanical behaviours such as breaking elongation and work-to-break of starch film. Initial increase in DS level of dodecenylsuccinylation enhanced these positive effects,while excessively increasing the level resulted in marked reduction in tensile strength of starch film and significant decrement in reaction efficiency. X-ray diffraction patterns of starch films showed the dodecenylsuccinates derivatized onto the backbones of starch depressed the degree of crystallinity of starch film. Based on the paste behaviors, adhesion, and film properties, the dodecenylsuccinylation level is recommended in a range of 0. 015-0. 025 for sizing polyester warps.

热湿舒适性氨纶弹力针织面料可由两种方法形成。其中。应用新颖多层添纱编织技术生产的、吸湿性纤维和细特合成纤维分别位于织物正面和反面、氨纶裸体丝位于织物中间的弹力针织面料，不仅具有良好的导热排汗特性和物理机械性能，而且生产成本低。因此，这种面料具有较强的市场竞争能力。     

用正确的连续条件分析闭口薄壁杆系结构

本文改正了苏联学者И·В·УРБАН使用的边界条件,对断面周界不变形的闭口簿壁杆约束扭转(弯曲扭转)推导了各种端支承情况下的柔度系数、刚度系数,并将该种系数表应用于具体闭口薄壁杆系结构的力法和位移法计算。     

浆纱回潮率自动控制系统研究

本文介绍了一种浆纱回潮率自动控制系统及其设计原理,分析了被控对象特性,三位PI调节器特性和适用于涤纶混纺纱特低回潮率的测温仪的性能。应用数字计算机仿真进行深入研究并获得最佳方案,并在实际生产中取得了效果。文章还对电阻法测湿的优、缺点和存在问题作了探讨。     

An Investigation on Water Transmission Through Two - layer Knitted Fabrics

The aim of this paper is to investigate water transmissionproperties of two-layer weft knitted fabrics and somerelated factors.The author prepared some experimentalfabrics with specific yarns and stitch densities,and mea-sured water vapor permeating rate through the fabricsand liquid water transferability from inner to outerlayer.Results show that the permeating rate is closelyrelated to porosity within fabric while the transferabilitydepends mainly upon the water absorbabilities of fiberson two layers and the degree or their difference.     

Research on New Testing Method and Instrument of Clothing Pressure

This paper discusses the formation of the fabric clothingpressure,the efforts of the human body and the impor-tance of the clothing pressure measurement.Several as-pects such as setting up the scientific and simple measur-ing method of the clothing pressure,the designing andmaking the measuring instruments are emphasized.Bymeans of experimental testing and analysis,some usefulresults can be derived from these works.     

针织T恤衫质量和性能的市场调查与分析

调查了大学生对针织T恤衫的质量和性能的看法、购买要求、拥有T恤衫的件数和价格,以及所能接受的T恤衫的价格等。将调查的数据用SPSS10 0软件包进行了统计分析。大学生平均拥有2 31件T恤衫,购买和能接受的T恤衫价格主要为50元以下,其次为51～80元,男女生之间并无显著性差异。列联表统计分析显示,大学生对调查表所列的12项内容,在看法和购买要求之间存在着非常显著或特别显著的差异。根据大学生的购买要求进行了因子分析和聚类分析,购买要求可分为"方便舒适"、"美观"、"敏感"和"讲究"4个因子。聚类分析将被调查者划分为"完美型"、"敏感型"、"时髦型"和"讲究型",并分析了各组的购买要求和特点。     

纬编针织物在计算机中的三维仿真

为真实模拟纬编针织物的结构,通过分析纬编针织物的物理模型,在三维Pierce线圈模型基础上,引入B样条及椭圆描述线圈,从而建立三维几何线圈模型.根据纱线线圈的中心线走向,将线圈分为两个部分:弧段和圈柱,弧段(如针编弧、沉降弧)用椭圆描述,圈柱用三次B样条曲线模拟.最后利用OpenGL结合VC++模拟针织物的结构,并实现光照效果.试验结果表明:采用该模型及实现方法,模拟效果比单独采用三维Pierce模型、B样条模型更加逼真.     

Application of Structural Equation Modeling to Evaluate Service Quality of Sportswear Retailing

Structural Equation Modeling （SEM） used widely in sociology, economics and psychology is adopted. Based on data obtained from marketing research, and using statistical analysis software SPSSll. 0 and LISRELS. 7, Theory of Five Dimensions of service quality is proved to be suitable in sportswear retailing in China. It analyzes the relationship among five dimensions and puts them in order of importance as to service quality in sportswear retailing. Advices are given for sportswear retail companies to improve their .Service quality and enhance customer loyalty.
