Bioscouring Knitted Cotton Fabric with an Experimental Pectate Lyase

An experimental pectate lyase enzyme was used toscour knitted cotton fabric and the emphasis was on pectinremoval. Using an enzyme dosage of 0.2 g/L at temperature55℃ and pH 6.35 for 30 rain, good scouring properties wereobtained. When appropriate concentrations of 1 - HydroxyEthylidene- 1, 1 - Diphosphonic Acid(HEDP) and CaCl2were added, the percentage pectin removal improvedsignificantly.     

羊毛针织物耐久压烫整理剂的研究

选用还原体系整理剂、N-羟甲基酰胺、聚氨酯预聚体对羊毛针织物进行耐久压烫整理，通过观测整理品的弹性回复角、断裂强度和断裂延伸度及外观等，得出聚氨酯整理剂不仅能使织物获得耐久的整理效果，而且很好地保持了羊毛织物原有的风格。

介绍了在单针床经编机和双针床经编机上的不同绒类织物，及在实际中的应用，并且给出了部分成熟工艺。     

Wet Permeability and Moisture Vapor Transmission Characteristics of Soybean Knitted Fabrics

Wet permeability of fibrous assembly is mainly influenced by the properties of liquid and the configurations of the fiber which consist of diameter of fiber, twist angle and fiber alignment in a yarn. It can be seen from experimental results that the knitted fabric made of soybean (SB) fiber has good properties both in wet permeability and vapor transmission so that the knitting technology and fabric characteristics can be improved.     

Study on Wet Permeability Models of Yarns and Knitted Fabrics

Water transport through the pore structure of the knitted fabric can occur only in place where the fiber-water surface attraction force is greater than the water weight in the capillary. To investigate wet permeability of the knitted yarn in the fabric, a liquid transport model is established. The main factors which have significant influences on the liquid transport have been analyzed. It is derived from the argument that the optimal design for the knitted fabric with quick sweat transport property can be obtained.

三维成形针织间隔结构材料的编织研究

以半球体为例，通过在电脑横机上编织三维成形针织物的研究，分析和探讨了影响编织可靠性和产品结构与性能的因素，并提出了相应的工艺优化方法。     

DEGREE OF SUBSTITUTION OF THE IONIZED STARCHES AND THEIR ADHESIVE CAPACITY TO POLYESTER / COTTON FIBERS

Adhesive capacity of quaternary ammonium starch and starch phosphate to the polyester / cotton fibers was studied by means roving method for the purpose of improving the sizing performance and decreasing the cost. By introducing different amount of quaternary ammonium or phosphate groups onto starch molecules, the modified starch with a series of defferent degree of substitution was prepared. Therefore the regularity of adhesive capacity, extended property and size-absorbing ability with the change in degree of substitution (DS) was obtained through the researches. The experiments demonstrate that the DS of the two modified starches show a marked influence upon the properties mentioned above. The starch phosphate is superior to quaternary ammonium starch as warp size for polyester / cotton yarns from the viewpoint of adhesive capacity and cost, although both of them are better than natural one.
