Genetic analysis and molecular mapping of a presenescing leaf gene psll in rice （Oryza sativa L.）

A rice psl1 （presenescing leaf） mutant was obtained from a japonica variety Zhonghua 11 via radiation of ^60Co-γ in M2 generation. Every leaf of the mutant began to wither after it reached the biggest length, while the leaves of the wild variety could keep green for 25--35 d. In this study, genetic analysis and gene mapping were carried out for the mutant identified. The SSR marker analysis showed that the mutant was controlled by a single recessive gene （psl1） located on chromosome 2. Fine mapping of the psl1 locus was conducted with 34 new STS markers developed around psl1 anchored region based on the sequence diversity between Nipponbare and 93-11. The psl1 was further mapped between two STS markers, STS2-19 and STS2-26, with genetic distances of 0.43 and 0.11 cM, respectively, while cosegregated with STS2-25. A BAC contig was found to span the psl1 locus, the region being delimited to 48 kb. This result was very useful for cloning of the psl1 gene.     

一类基于二部图的（g，f）-2-覆盖图的研究

一个图G称（g,f）-2-覆盖图，如G的任何两条边都属于它的一个（g,f）-因子．本文得到了如下结论：（i）当g≤f时一个二部图是（g,f）-2-覆盖图的一个充分必要条件；（ii）当f（x）=f（Y）时一个二部图是f-2-覆盖图的一个充分必要条件．     

圈养山魈昼夜活动节律的研究

2001年1-9月，在成都动物园用扫描取样法对人工饲养条件下7只（6♀♀，1♂♂）山魈的昼夜活动节律进行了观察．结果表明：山魈一天的活动时间集中在7：00-20：00，占总活动时间的95．30％，活动高峰有2个，最高峰16：00-18：00，次高峰9：00-10：00；12：00-14：00是白天活动的低谷，夜晚几乎都为睡眠；季节不同昼夜节律有变化，夏季每天开始活动的时间早，休息时间晚，冬季则相反，每天开始活动的时间延迟，休息时间提早．     

测定苯分子共振能的化学虚拟仪器

研制了基于LabVIEW7．0 Express实时数据采集、动态显示、处理实验数据及生成结果等的化学虚拟仪器系统，测定了苯分子的共振能．实验表明：利用LabVIEW开发的虚拟仪器编程直观高效、界面友好、功能易扩展，实现了自动完成测试任务，避免了人工记录和处理实验数据的繁琐及人为误差，提高了测试结果的准确性和重现性．     

利用重组自交系群体进行抗玉米矮花叶病研究

玉米矮花叶病在世界范围内广泛分布，且危害十分严重．因此正确认识玉米（Zea mays L．）对矮花叶病的抗性机制非常必要．基于此，本研究利用遗传差异较大的Mo17（高感玉米矮花叶病）和黄早四（高抗玉米矮花叶病）为亲本采用一粒传法构建了F9代重组自交系（Recombinant inbred line，RIL）分离群体，共256系．通过人工接甘蔗花叶病毒MDB株系（Sugarcane mosaic virus strain MDB, SCMV-MDB）对该分离群体进行了抗病性分析，统计了发病率和病情指数两项指标，根据这两项指标的频数分布图可知：玉米对矮花叶病的抗性主要由主基因控制，但不能排除还有微效基因的可能性．     

二分图上有限制条件的(g,f) 因子和f 因子

设图G=(X,Y,E)是二分图, g,f是定义在V(G)上的正整值函数, 且对任意的x∈V(G)有g(x)＜f(x), 证明了: 如果图G是(mg,mf-1)-图, M是G的任一含有m条边的对集, 则存在图G的一个(g,f)-因子F, 使F包含M任意给定的一条边, 并且不包含其他的m-1条边; 二分图G是(2m-1)-边连通的(mf)-图, 则图G有一个f-因子包含任意给定的一条边, 并且不包含任意其他的m-1条边.     

毛细管法研究pH值对放射性核素^152＋154Eu（Ⅲ）在紧密皂土中的扩散影响

利用毛细管法研究了pH值对放射性核素^152＋154Eu在紧密皂土中的吸附和扩散影响．实验结果与Fiek定律理论计算值非常一致，与近似条件下其他方法的测量结果非常相近，表明毛细管法的正确性．研究结果表明，放射性核素^152＋154Eu（Ⅲ）在紧密皂土中的扩散随pH值的升高而减小，^152＋154Eu（Ⅲ）在紧密皂土上的吸附随pH值的升高而增加，Eu（Ⅲ）在皂土上吸附的分配系数随皂土密度的增加而减小．皂土的密度（皂土的空隙数）对放射性核素的吸附、扩散和迁移起重要的作用．
